Two great sportsmen. Bellew really improved by the time this fight came around and looked magnificent against a guy who is a real step up. Have a lot of respect for Bellew, he scraped and fought from the bottom and showed that he could be in there when he defeated Haye. In this fight he has superb head and foot movement. As far as Usyk goes, whats not to like about the guy lol? He took a boring style and improved it into something that highlights his movements, angles and set ups.
@@philinn4788 Yeah well... the ammy style has been criticized as such by trainers as far back as the 1800s so stick it up your rear... It is hardly one man's opinion.

@@drdoom5516 There are levels to the game... Usyk has incredible skills I don't dispute that point. If you look at the base style of Amateur fighters, certain habits emerge: Movement is primarily linear, footwork is very basic, punch selection is also very basic. Usyk and Lomo have certainly taken the style to a great level... But compare fighters like James Toney and Tyson Fury, who were trained from an early age and have a style grounded in professional fighting and you can see a contrast. My initial point was that this point I am making has been in boxing for a very long time... we see more fighters who have been amateur fighters for most of their career, and certain traits emerge. Watch how Usyk fought Chisora... you can see bad habits that he later corrected, like moving back in straight lines, lack of head movement, etc. Hope this clarifies my point of view.
I'll never forget when people said he was to small for HW... after he beat his first HW opponent Witherspoon.. people said he is was small for Chisora.. after that they said he was to small for AJ.. and now he is to small for Tyson Fury.. So basically I just agreed with comment above that they would always try to underrate Usyk and don’t give him credit he deserves. But now I see quite the opposite. Bro, tony kissed Usyk's forehead like 15 times
Usyk is an amazing fighter, I like his boxing style.
Quizás nadie lea este comentario, pero usyk es un caballero la mayoría después de un ko como ese, hasta yo salgo corriendo y empiezo a gritar, Pero el no, lo primero que hizo fue asegurarse de que su rival esté bien y eso es de respetar
for a moment i thought bellew was wearing flip- flops with socks
ahaha same
Ahahaha
Usyk to underrated this fight should have millions of views
Looks like Tony Bellow put more of a fight than Anthony Joshua did 😂
Joshua fight like chick 🐥 always!!! When Ruiz knocked him down,he didn't show heart of the Champion!!! Cause he never was truly champion! He's paper Champion for years, beating once 40+ year's old Klitschko. Avoiding toughest opponent, Wilder!!! What kind of Champion you are???? You're missing one belt and you don't go for it? I mean it's so obviously!!! He was terrified of Wilder! Real Champions will FIGHT'S for free, for glory, for legacy!!! He was already milionaire! They couldn't agree about money Lol!!! How Fury and Wilder agree for 5minutes? Cause they have heart of the Champion's!!! Like Tony Bellow shows... Heart of the Champion!!! He's not my favourite, but he step in!!! Usyk is just another level!!! I followed him for last 5 years... I was hoping that this will going to happen!!! He outclassed two more heavyweight, and he outclass Joshua! Like teacher and student!!! Joshua is happy cause he didn't want to knocking him down at the end! Joshua was already half knocked out 😳🤣
@@Coa_Kralj_Coa_The_King No one cares
Aleksandar Mitic,Hello from BG ,neighbor.Well...to get floored some of Klitschko's ,you have to be in top 5 of the world. That's it.Just Usyk was a way better prepared..or his level is far ahead from AJ's level.Who knows?
Joshua is the most overrated fighter of all time. He's lucky he got out of the Tyson Fury fight
Mr no heart exposed once again.
Usyk needs to fight more often
He will.
Its hard when no one wants to fight you
@@Hassanmassan1111 nobody wants to fight Usyk phahah, Usyk just duck Delwelko, Takam, Sponge to fight Chazz Witherspoon lol

Usyk vs AJ next, lets see if he can perform like that against someone much stronger and heavier. I really hope so, Usyk is a great guy.
nah, he's gonna get knocked out, anyway i'm pretty sure AJ is fighting Pulev first
its filip hrgovic coming for joshua coz usyk is small..he is fast and tough and who knows maybe wins but its really hard
USYK can beat any of those hvywt Fury is knockkneed uncoordinated in his legs Wallin did well against him Wilder had hard time with lefty Ortiz USYK is a lot more skilled younger and faster than the 51 yr old Ortiz
Chisora is next test for Usyk
Here after Usyk beat AJ.. never seen Usyk fight before :)
Usyk is a beast
Hearn to Bellew before the fight: don't worry this guy has no power, worst case scenario is a decision loss
Hearn after Round 8: what have I done
After all the people that lost Tony is the only true gentleman… he’s a legend and actually he gave Usyk his hardest fight I think, he just got tired… legend
If match organizers did not stop round 12 six seconds earlier, Joshua would finish the same way as Bellew.
I never seen that footwork in heavyweight ever. His footwork look so special. Look like Loma
Lomas father coach Loma and Usyk
Ever heard of Muhammad Ali?
Tyson Fury? That man has hella skills at HW. His footwork, head movement. Best HW I've seen for awhile
@@thelegend6911 he moves well but nowhere near as fast as usyk he is very fast for a man his size too tho

Usyk is a phenomenal boxer. I won almost everything. I hope he'll win the fight against Fury tomorrow.
He took a boring style and improved it into something that highlights his movements, angles and set ups.
your characterisation of uskys style as boring style highlights your lack of maturity and low level boxing knowledge
@@philinn4788 Yeah well... the ammy style has been criticized as such by trainers as far back as the 1800s so stick it up your rear... It is hardly one man's opinion.
What's boring about a southpaw that has a such amazing footwork and using on angles? He is so fast, sets traps and punches hard. He is one of the few boxers that are entertaining to watch.
Emotional seeing bellew crying man. But I have to commend usyk for showing such respect and humility. This is why I love boxing
did you see that kindness and sportsmanship at the end my friend.. these people are fxcking legends
Usyk is respectful. Great fighter
Usyk's stare reminds me of something from a horror movie.
The guy in the bond movie with the gold teeth and lurch too of the Adams familly. !
Well he the man right now.i like the way he look focus!
wow your life is sad
Only complaint with this video is the commentators talking over the entrances and crowd. That's literally one of the best parts of the fight
Tony Bellew is a slick operator. He did much better than any heavyweight against Usyk
Great fight and I love the respect after the fight. Hats off to both of them.
Look at the respect between them two awesome love them both. Love Bellew his a great guy

Two gentlemen, from the first to the last minute. Beautiful.

Usyk so patient and never really makes mistakes. That fight against Tyson fury just molded his already legendary career
This was a fantastic fight
A tip of the hat to the technicians on this production. The crowd noise was muted and you could actually hear what the commentators were saying.
I'll never forget when people said he was to small for HW... after he beat his first HW opponent Witherspoon.. people said he is was small for Chisora.. after that they said he was to small for AJ.. and now he is to small for Tyson Fury.. I don't know if he beats Fury or not but if he does.. I cant wait to see who is the next guy Usyk is going to be to small for
Too small for Joyce and wilder
TKO 9 raund Fuiry😅
@@pavloryzhkovUsyk champion🏆
@@kenzhegaliev_68 the context was: “I can’t wait to see who is the next guy Usyk is going to be too small for(after he beats Fury)” . I replied “after Fury they would say he is too small for Joyce and Wilder”. Of course the comment was before Joyce had lost to Zang and Wilder to Parker. Those too had images of boogeymen back then.
So basically I just agreed with comment above that they would always try to underrate Usyk and don’t give him credit he deserves.
But now I see quite the opposite. Even part of Fury’s fanboys now admit Usyk is a special one
Probably some of the best fight commentary I have heard.
Cause it's DAZN commentary recorded after the fight
Usyk seems to really enjoy it when he occasionally gets hit in the face. Crazy guy!

"I'll just eat more pasta tbh"
Great footwork from Usyk
That was a great fight. Tony bowed out gracefully.
Slava! Respect from your neighbor Poland. Usyk is a true Slav fighter.
usyk such a gentleman in victory
"The greatest man I've ever shared the ring with". That's a powerful statement coming from a man who went toe to toe with the great Adonis Creed
What a finish that was. That left to get Bellew going then the crisp 1-2. Usyk is so composed.
Usyk needs to learn how to move his head off the line as he jabs. He'll catch something nasty at HW if he doesn't.
Agree
Yes
Red HawK15 Or that Charles Martin quick slip of the jab then right hand
Usyk misses too often and against physically bigger and stronger opposition will get KO'd by a counter punch.
Agreed. He has quite a chin though. I suddenly want to see him against Fury.
anybody else notice who reached into the ring for Bellow when he got dropped ! Now Eddie, you know you can't do that ! The guy was still in the fight at that point.
great boxing of 2 great boxers, not just punchers, a pleasure to watch - chapeau!
