They do but you can see that all his strategic resources capped at 50 meaning he doesn't have any encampments (which is normal for his build) and so building them would mean spending a district slot, building a district and two buildings, and then walking over a military engineer and spending two turns activating it to get 40% of the production
Im really loving this format. Well edited and great commentary. Although i dont semi agree with some decisions in the game, you nonetheless explain your gameplay really well which makes it really fun to watch.
It's how they sometimes work in games. Multiple bonuses can either stack additively (i.e 20%+20% = 40% total) or multiplicatively (i.e 1.2*1.2 = 1.44). To be honest though, I have no idea which system Civ uses, it might even use a combination of both like a lot of games.
I can't believe the Official Civ 6 World Champion forgot to use Military Engineers to build flood barriers...

Yes they do. I use them for that nearly every game I play.

The research lab is my favorite science unit.
This is a fun series, I feel like I’m learning how to play better. It’s fun to see leaders that I don’t normally play in action.
