So y'all have a TH-cam page well I have a problem I'm in Ohio I tried to purchase today 37 keys novation FL studio they try to sell me the mini and I'll tell you the truth the first guy he pretends like he look for it and say we don't have any stock the second guy he offered the the smaller one I said no he typed it in they said they have one in stock I waited patiently for 30 minutes but in reality I waited 17 years for a controller like this at this location I since it's been open I've been receiving bad service this is my first complaint about guitar center it's been happening at this particular location they so-called called the guy in the back but what they really did is text whoever in the warehouse to come pick up their stuff and I'm going to tell you the truth cuz I'm going to confirm it have I walk out the door because I was very disappointed the one time I need a guitar center y'all wasn't there for me this is one of the reasons why I go to Mom and Pop stores their employees don't hold product for hostage it happened today now here's the deal I already gave you all Google review at this particular location if Mom and Pop store have the 37 keys I will be reporting this particular store to the better Business bureau they deserve to lose a star cuz I've been receiving bad service for 17 years and no the store wasn't busy I was there at 8:00 I waited for 30 minutes so this is a legit complaint so if Mom and Pop have it I'm reporting this store to the better Business bureau if Mom and pops don't I'm taking down the review just to be fair but if I can confirm everything I want them suspended for 17 days that's fair enough matter of fact add on a week cuz I waited till I got paid to try to purchase this I'm very disappointed very hurt and very sad 😢 you have one in stock and you can't find it 🤔😡
