Absolutely brilliant, I don't know how you managed to merge the two together, superb engineering. I love the sound of screaming 2-strokes, I had a Kawasaki KH2 750 3 cylinder once upon a time, lovely bike, quite quick in its day, I thought that sounded good but never got round to fitting expansion pipes, I know wish I had and also wish I'd kept the bike. Dave
I'm glad you enjoyed the silliness of putting an RG500 engine into a Bsa Bantam then building another for fun. They do get a few smiles, with people doing a little head scratching as they try to work out what hell they are. 😃 😊
Just love to see specials, an awful lot of work must have gone int building it. I would bet it is still under braked even with that single disc front end fitted.
Hi Roy, lovely bike, now you have dispensed with the water cooled cylinder jackets do you get any problems with rear cylinders getting a bit too hot, lots of people said the middle cylinder on my old KH2 was prone to overheating but I never suffered with that problem, probably didn't ride it long enough or hard enough to get too hot. Once again, I LOVE 2-strokes large or small, if I was a bit younger I'd get another one, but now a bit long in the tooth so my interest now is confined to just looking. My first bike at 16 was a lovely old Ambassador with a Villiers 2T Twin, no power but lovely little engine, it used to sound pretty good once I removed the exhaust baffles which were removable for cleaning, neighbours were forever coming round and complaining about the noise to my Mum, bless her. Dave
Hi Dave. I don't get any problems with the cylinders getting hot and nipping up. I'm hoping for a nice ish day on new years as there is a Classic Motor meet in Stony Stratford just up the road from me. Nothing like a blipping of the throttle to help bring in the New Year. 😃 😊
yes mate i was there, i parked next to you, it wasn't till you left i heard your bike and thought theres only 1 man that could be :), will look for you at the next one mate
I had a Golden Arrow in the 60s the note sounds very similar to yours , Brilliant bit of kit turning it into a 500cc .
That's a nice bike. Starts well, sounds in a really happy state of tune. Oh yes please!
Absolutely brilliant, love the sound of the 4 expansions.
That is one of the coolest specials I`ve seen in 50 years of riding motorcycles. I guess thats what the guys in the car park are thinking too.
Barking mad but it's great to see real engineering being done for the fun of it!

Beautifully, unutterably, sparklingly barking! I am deeply impressed and smiling at the thought!!
So let me get this straight: BSA frame, Ariel motors, in an RG 500 configuration, brilliant!! 😎👍
A brilliant engineering feat !! 👏 👍
The only difference between a nutcase and an eccentric is the amount of money they have. Hooray for the BSA bantam four!
What a beautiful machine!
Thats absolutely brilliant, would love too get something like that for fun track days
there is a star on the tank and a star in your body heart and soul i only met you for a spell and i understood immediately
Very impressive.
Great and special bike love it!
Love it....what did it have for brakes???? A parachute???? Did you know that Lotus tried to build a race car with 8 arrow engines??
Sounds spot on 👍
Would love to have that for the classic bike hill climb. They have a trophy for the fastest British 2 stroke

Tremendous!
Could you parade it at the BHR (VMCC) race meetings please? 100 % brilliant. I can work out WHY you made it, But HOW did you make it?
thats an rg bottom end?
Motorcycle fun..
