I have it and i just love it so much. That apple logo backlight is a whole other experience, i have mine as decoration mostly because i dont really have much to do with it but i do use it to watch videos every now and then and it does not feel old or slow. Its amazing!
Thanks for the video. It's an OUTSTANDING compact Notebook, and for $179, it's a "No Brainer". It's a respectful system for "light" video editing, photo editing, and so forth.
They are not bad but of course they are from 2014. If you can get a good price they are good for a second computer etc. I would go with the M1 MacBook Air if you are looking for the best experience but of course the 2014 air can still work 8 years later (if you have at least 8 GB Ram). That is impressive.
Viewing this video on my Macbook Air 2014 who I still use as daily driver while on the road or travel for work, it may not be the fastest anymore with some delay, but still it works pretty fine and does what I ask to do with it. Battery is still good and even wtih some dents it works pretty fine for me.
They are are not bad for the cost now and work good enough for basic stuff. But, the newer M chips are just so much more of a pleasure to use if you can find a deal.
Hello Rabia. It's hard to say but for general use it works good. Just make sure you can run the applications you need on it depending on the OS you can install on it.
I may get this as a travel laptop. I have my iPad for travel & work, but I'd rather have a little more power. As long as I can use it without upgrading, then I'll be satisfied
Just make sure the OS etc. supports all your apps and for sure then. I'll have a video coming out soon about the performance of this system maybe in next two weeks.

Also I went through two years of college for computer programming with a machine like this with less ram and pulled the factory ssd and put in a 512 gig Samsung and it worked great even put both windows and Linux on it thing was a tank sold it like a dummy just picked up one just today for 150 have a battery and 1tb owc ssd on the way for it
If you are heavy into those I would recommend a different device. They will work for sure but it depends on if you are just using them once in a while or using them for work and on a regular basis. Yes, they work but you might want a bit more power when using those types of graphic tools to speed up the workflow. But, if that is the only budget you want to work with then it can get by ok for sure. Just make sure the OS you have on the system can run the versions of the Adobe products you need.

A week ago I bought MacBook Air early 14 in 2022 & now checking reviews on internet.

The ssd on the pre mid 2015 MacBook Pro and air is removable ssd and can be upgraded
