    Doesn’t that heat press snap in place without having to stand on a step stool and pressing down while heating?

    • @WHOLEPRINTING
      @WHOLEPRINTING  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes absolutely, we are using autoclamp now!

    What have you got attached to your press that measures where your print sits exactly in the middle? I use dtf gang sheets. What press settings do you use please? Thanku😊

      I’m not sure about the first question you’ve ask can you please repeat it? And I use
      269F x10s for 100% Polyester
      292F x15s for 50/50
      305F x17s for 100% Cotton

      You have tape or something on your press that tells you exactly where to place the shirt for centre without having to check each shirt individually ? Hope that makes more sense 😂

      @@colleenburns4039 ahahah yes it does!
      We use measuring tape but mostly all of our garments are placed on a table and we manually place them and measure them with the logo on the shirt before we do the heat press step!

      Do you have a video on how you do this measuring process please?

    What are these small brown circular marks? I got a drop of water on my 100% cotton shirt, but didn't think anything of it. Now the spot has turned into a light tan color. Can I wash it out after the ink settles?

    • @WHOLEPRINTING
      @WHOLEPRINTING  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Try washing but what was your heat press settings? Temperature, Time and Pressure?

      Thanks for the kind compliment tho
      I’m sure you can find something online that will be very very similar :)

    This may work on a blend or cotton t-shirt. Will never work on a 100% polyester t-shirt. Not only will you get a square but you will also get discoloration especially if you are using a Carolina blue or silver shirt. The squares on the poly shirts and color change are from the temperature. If you reduce the temperature the print wont pop and will look dull. If you are moving any serious volume you won't have time for all these steps anyway.

    • @WHOLEPRINTING
      @WHOLEPRINTING  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m moving serious volume and I simply put an employee on this step!
      The shirts are 100% polyester and it works on silver and Carolina blue

    Hi, I have two teflon pads(pillows). One thick, one thin. Can I use the thin one (about 1cm) on top of my shirt?

    if you had an order of 100 shirts, would you really do all these steps as shown??

    • @WHOLEPRINTING
      @WHOLEPRINTING  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely!
      Quality over quantity any day, especially if your in it for the long run, you can get yourself an employe to make the whole process a lot quicker:)
