If you want a good story of how it was when they started integrating the yards and turning them into NDPY (non designated programming yard), I was there when it went down, 2019 was when I last paroled. I had been out of the system since 2008 after doing a 5 year term. I caught a little case in 2018 and had to go up to catch a number real quick, ended up seeing how different things have changed up state compared to how it was back then.
