    Hi, what buttercream do you use for icing the cake? The soft or hard one? Because I see that you made 2 types of the buttercream. Thank you

      I used soft buttercream for icing cake and piping flowers. Only I used with glossy buttercream which I add hard butter when my customer asked me to make glossy flowers. Bcoz glossy buttercream tastes bit buttery. So I don’t use it for icing inside of cake sheets. Thank you for your comment and I am sorry I was too late to reply your question.

    What turntable do you use? It looks like a lazy Susan! I've been researching different options, and just wondering what you recommend

      Oh I didn’t know this is Lazy Susan. I bought the turntable cheaply from IKEA. 😊
