@@CertifiedAngusBeefTestKitchen they were very good with the pork rinds, did them in the air fryer and came out nice and golden, gonna have 1 tonight to.
Our favorites for the air fryer are brussel sprouts (only way I like them) and chicken thighs. With some tweaking I've managed to make decent croissants.
I'm from Scotland & make them a lot for a meal at night or for anytime at all. We like ours with handout chips & Baked beans with ketchup & Colemans mustard or Branston pickle on the side.
Hi l been eating scotch eggs for more years than l like to remember, so on with my rant you should only cook your eggs for between four or four a half minutes, that way you’re going to achieve the perfect yolk😜 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
Dammit Man !! STOP putting video's like this up !! I already have too many projects and things going on, I don't have enough hours in my day to finish them!! Now THIS !!! Seriously though, thanks for the vid. Another thing to try. one of these years I may record a video of my own with some of the stuff ive 'modified' and done
Got to question your definition of "rapid boil" judging by how still the water was in your pan. And do you keep it at "rapid boil" or turn off? No explanation was given.
"KEEP YOUR FLOUR HAND DRY." Oh my. Why didn't I work this out years ago haha, this is a really good tip! :o)
LOL. Remember to open your mouth before taking a bite!
🇨🇦 I have never had scotch eggs done with beef. I will try this recipe, it looks good.
I like the direct, no fuss info.. Thanks for the video.

Let us know how it goes!

Love scotch eggs.
Could you wrap cheese around the egg before the meat?
Once cooked how long can you refrigerate for? Can you freeze them? Thx
Great job!!👍🏼💕🙏🏼
Thank you! 🤗
If you’re British.
I put a mixture of sausage meat and PAXO stuffing mixture in mine.

I was expecting the eggs to be soft cooked in the Air Fryer first. More fiddly but less water usage.

Was that a pound of beef?
Add some cheese and it will be PERFECT!
That sounds good too!
Deep fried is definitely better
I thought a Scotch egg had a runny yoke not a hard boiled one?
Save on a pan and just 'boil' the eggs in the air fryer
Did recipe to a T but they all blew apart in the air fryer
