@@philipvander1276 I dont know much either, but judging from what happened, Metta from the beginning takes control of of the main character, and so Metta makes this seem like a script as you are the actor of the script. This probably explains why the fallen child goes on a genocide route. And, For this pacifist route you fight off Metta from taking control, Chara kills you, but not only did they kill you, they killed Metta from possession of the soul, and thus breaking free from Metta. And as you came back as you heard the soul reconnected and Metta's soul shattering. You see Chara dead on the ground. The ending as it is, the fallen child runs back into the ruins and regretting their actions, but from their level 19 showing emotions is as difficult as is. They were definitely in controlled from Metta. This is how I see the story of story shift and this battle. I'm sure I could be wrong, I don't know if theirs a legitimate story but this is my theory. So I'm guessing in the end the fallen child resets, or erasing everything, not sure if its true. And I'm not sure if Metta will come back in possession due to this. It really gets you thinking. But yeah this is how I think of it. (sorry for writing much but you wanted an explanation)
