Welcome back to the channel guys, its been a few weeks since I was last out, I was back working away in Scotland, and after scouring Google earth I found a peach of a place slightly north of Glasgow.
Armed with a my new tent an Msr Tindheim 2 I headed on out for a school night solo wild camp.
Round two of of mine and Gezs ‪@boyzinthewood1‬ cooking challenge, it was his turn to choose and he chose a toasty, I decided to make a sour dough 3 cheese fillet steak and balsamic caramelised shallots with Dijon mustard toasty.
