Doing a bit of a pullover action on the machine at 15:30 would also develop the long head of the tricep as it attaches to the scapula and aids the humerus in rearward movement. I used to do strict french presses/skullcrushers or whatever they're called but saw a video in which the guy suggested doing a hybrid of these and pullovers and my triceps blew up and were sore for days!

When I tore my triceps tendon off the elbow, I had 5 weeks after surgery in a cast and after that a ver slow recovery, but I was encouraged to still lift as much as I could to aid in recovery and keep the rest if the body strong, so I ended up doing single arm dumbbell press and for a long time my weakest side was my strongest.
