Thats correct mate alot of people advertising e61 and then showing e60 not even aware e61 issues they cant even tell about or show on a e60 engine is the same but thats it not the rear end

Hi! My e61 lci throws the error "Trailer tow bar electrics" (Code 9DE8). The tow bar is not electric and has never been used so I think the failure must be a cable that is sending fake signals. Ant clue about where to look for it? Thanks!

Hello， I am looking for a m5 touring e61. I am just concerned about the future problems in the V10 engine. Is there any thing I should notice when I am checking a car.
All things aside do you recommend owing one of these e61 ?
Well one thing are you mechanically minded can you turn a wrench???? Do you like fixing your car every week ???? If not then no BMW’s are not for you e61 is very troublesome and without the knowledge I wouldnt touch it and if you are not handy with spanners it is not the car for you only European market get this car and there isn’t much info or help about regarding the e61 im the only person doing repairs on these as it stands now as I know these cars like the back of my hand also do you like electric problems as these are noutourious for that espically idrive problems which can run you in excess of 300 for a new unit even rebuilt ones cost about 200 modules always failing central locking stopping working yes Bmw is nice but they are not cheap and if you can’t fix it yourself do not even think about owning one majority of BMW’s for sale will all have problems as people can not afford the big repairs that are needed neglect them and they end up with bigger problems that’s how Bmw’s are when you buy them nobody puts money into them people buy them from traders or on finance with 2 years warranty use the warranty up and then sell it when it requires huge amounts of work that’s what I have always come across here in the uk

Looks very bad...I have a 2007 530xd e61 LCI (143 000 miles) top condition. Never had any of the problems you mentioned. Thanks for the video though, looks like you really know what's going on :)
