FYI, Peekaboo patterns has a similar crossover sweatshirt pattern, much like Madeits now defunct pattern. I was thrilled to find it. Great plans, should be doable…..😊
Your black Jersey fabric would make an ideal base layer for any of your other outfits for the colder months. I would consider a bodysuit with poppers and a scoop neck. You could wear it under a busier fabric and make any outfit more cosy. It won’t come untucked exposing your skin to the elements but it will look fantastic if you need to ditch a layer too.i have several similar base layers that are ready to wear but I’m restricted by the fit as to what I can wear with it. My plans this year are to make some in black, white and beige to give me flexibility. I live in an old stone cottage that is lovely and cosy…. Once you’ve got the fire going! X
Super plans and beautiful fabric and worth the pattern tracing for an easy comfy pair of pants for that you will use again! Buy some cheap grease proof paper it works well and is on a roll! XX
Gosh - you have got a lot of plans - good luck! Like you I tend to only wear my Westcliff's in the summer, but I've been thinking of making a shorter one without the ruffle (knee length ) for the winter (to go with tights and boots) because I love the bodice so much

The Derwent trousers are a great pattern, well worth the effort of tracing it out. I have 2 pairs already and plan to make a few more 😄
It's good to know that they are a firm favourite! I must buy some tracing paper. X
