You can run Time Thiefs in pretty much any R4NK strategy as a supplementary engine such as Lunalight, Raidraptor, Sprigguns etc. they're not the best pure but if you want a heavier TT focus you can run Perpetua and the traps in addition to Redoer and the main deck engine. SirEmanon has some neat vids on Lunalight Timethief, I believe you already know his channel from the Lyrilusc combo vid.
I used to play this bahamut shark toadawesome back then in my dark hero deck. It was so good. When i have darklaw, topologic gumblar, bahamut shark, toadally awesome in my first turn.
I've been playing this deck since the xyz event began but I only have 1 bahamut shark and no utopics nor kragens sadly. Best I can set up early with a good hand is dweller bahamut shark and toad which isn't bad but it's not impressive if you don't pick your negate carefully
I run a partial water engine with summoner monk and quick launch with rokket tracer and try to go into adamancipator dragite too and with a healthy amount hand traps and back row I end on 2-3 negates and recycling toad and adamancipator being a free once per turn spell trap negate is also nice so that’s 1-2 negates by my next turn
Ive been rocking Time Thief Raidraptor if you want a Time Thief deck to run. Basically the aim is to setup a rank up into a DDD Kali Yuga on your opponent's turn. Regulator is a 1 card starter that gives you a Force Strix and a Bezel Ship in the GY, ensuring you have enough mats for another Force Strix after you link into Wise Strix. Otherwise, you want a level 4 extender to fill that missing Bezel Ship. From there, use RUM Soul Shave Force to get an Infinity on board, then link off the Wise Strix and a dark (excluding Force Strix) into Rusty Bardiche. Use Bardiche to send PK Boots to GY and set PK RUM Launch. Then use Boots to get PK RUM Force and rank up your Force Strix into Arsenal Falcon. Use Arsenal to detach mat, and if you somehow have an extra mat on Arsenal, use Raider's Wing or search out RR PK Claw if you got a Mimicry Lanius in grave. Pass and rank up with PK RUM Launch on the opponent's turn. If you don't have Regulator, Quick-launch is a 1 card Force Strix without using normal summon. Raider's Wing/Bezel Ship into Almiraj + Parallel Exceed can get you back on track. Adjuster + level 4 Extender also does the same. Just be careful that if you use Strangle Lanius to extend early before Wise Strix, then skip RUM Soul Shave Force and set a PK RUM Force instead. Then with Boots you can get Shade Brigadine instead for another level 4 extender, usually to make Redoer with a Trap material. I run a time thief deck and I'm sure its far from optimal. Time thieves plus some of the cheap raid raptors and you can get out a turn 1 board of redoer perpetua, and another rank 4 xyz. If i had UDF I'd go into him as well. It's decent. Would like to see where you could take a deck like that.
Can’t really do all that much w/o your links. Rusty and wise strix are incredibly important to search your shade brigantine and rank up magics. I’ve tried so long to make it work :(

ive been doing okay in p1 wiht a Time Thief Raidraptor Phantom Knight list. the combo with raidraptors is really fragile but u can set up some nasty boards as long as you dont get Nibiru'd
I saw some of the stream and when you played Rikka you should add the Aromage package into the deck. Aromage cards have good disruption especially because most meta decks don’t have back row which means your Rosemary Synchro can have free pops. Also the SR princess can tribute plants to stop card activations. The deck functions best outside the XYZ event because of the extra deck monsters. The normal princess also has card targeting protection. I know this is unrelated to Frog but I wanted to let you know.
I just posted about the card head judging, it's pretty demoralising when It steals monsters. I managed to make a decent skills deck using it but I'd like to see you put something classic together with that and some other skill based meme cards
About time thief. They have a very interesting concept (imo) of yoinking cards, but the archetype never got the support it needed. They got some support but it was mostly mediocre. There's still no time thief link monster either so it's all xyz stuff, just to show how dated it is and how desperate it is for a link monster. Sadge
I'm no expert on Time Thief but I do play them alot and sadly they aren't the best. They really only have 2 or 3 good cards. Redoer being the best. Time Thief steals cards from your opponents deck and graveyard and using said cards as xyz materials. Sadly Time Thief never got the support it needed to really pop off so it needs to be splashed into a better xyz deck. The most common decks it fits in is Raidraptors and Phantom Knights since Time Thief are all dark attribute. But they can really be splashed into almost any rank 4 deck.
Oh another good thing about Time Thief is that they have another rank 4 besides Redoer that can give any xyz you control a time Thief card to use as xyz material. And this effect is a Quick Effect that can be activated on either players turn. This is great for any powerful xyz that needs tons or material.
If you summon number 71 with bahamut you can still go into black ray but once number 71 gets sent to the gy you can put rank up magic the 7th one so that next turn you can go into c101 or c107 if theres space
Monarchs, Qliphorts, True Draco and Yosenju (in order of approximate budget to build) all have very limited extra deck/ no extra deck at all other than to banish with Pots.

A really fun combo I used to do on Dueling nexus was using Bahamut Shark to summon Acid Golem and creature swapping a kaiju to burn em away
Not worth in modern yugioh when bahamut shark can summon infinitely better monsters
