This island is such a legendary spot. "It means God, now bow", Hellzone grenade, the entire 16 v Cell fight, "Kikou fuck yourself". Some of the most badass moments of the entire show happen on this island. If only final flash had been on the same island!

Dinky Navi krillin didn't exactly "fight" frizea. He just cut off his tail in 2nd form and and tried to escape him after that. And anyways, tien did train with king Kai, and krillin didn't, so he is much weaker than tien. So yeah
