I like to put the ai's jab and cross at max because those are the most used punches in boxing when i do custom matches. I find if you put the aggressiveness and speed of the ai up to max, you end up naturally moving your body more for a different type of workout (less arms). You also don't have as much time to load up and throw heavy punches, so it's a bit more like a fast moving light spar session which is cool and completely changes the game. I also prefer, to keep the jab force adjustment less than the hook and the cross otherwise it will almost never do damage especially on outclassed. I put my cross at 3000, hook at 2500 (i have a tendency to tweak my shoulders at higher levels) and jab at 2000 so all my shots can do some damage. At 2500 most of my jabs are ineffective on outclassed, which sucks. I like to switch it up though, sometimes i'll do speedruns other times i'll do superfast AI settings for long 8-10 round fights, other times i'll do outclassed Moneymaker with 3000 on all the force adjustments knowing i'll most likely lose. Beat him once out of like 10 times on those settings. The ability to change the AI every time you play keeps it fresh and you can cater to how you feel. I also got some old mma sparing gloves (extra padded) that add weight which work awesome, probably use them half the time which make punching without them feel easier over time.

Some more great tips here! Thanks for sharing, I might get some gloves myself for the extra weight.

I think I’ll try maximising jabs and crosses. Some opponents have annoying habit to just jump into the pocket and start spamming hooks.

Do you know if there is a way to switch your opponents position? It forces me to put my left foot forward. Sometimes, I would like to fight with my right foot forward.

110% power on opponent is doable if you have space to move around. It’s great practice for your movement/distance management and to shorten your hooks and to make your flurries more economic without overstaying in the pocket unless you have the other guy hurt.
One possible tweek not mentioned here is to cheat your height. That way you can get either taller or shorter opponents which is both nice for variety and good practice for upcoming pvp.
Thanks for explaining the force adjustment. I was wondering why I always got an easy knockdown during the first 30 second of the round and why after that it became a grind.

You are on another level of crazy my guy, I managed to barely beat ugly Joe on endurance mode before, when I was actually stronger, and I heard from this video that this is realistic, but damn! He seems to be stronger than outclassed mode, that is crazy, I got knocked down for the first time and also had to give up on a fight for the first time because of that difficulty, if this is realistic to you, then I am nothing compared to you in a fight 😅
