Books are best sources to learn and if u dont understand some topics from books just watch videos about those topics and read forums to update yourself

@raan kumar Yes you can as you have said that you have cleared CCNA that means you have good knowledge of Networking which is a plus point already & Redhat is good as well. By doing so you have gone through a hard work so you made some good knowledge of those I think at this you itself can apply for the Job Profile : Network Engineer in companies like Accenture, IMB etc. Look for those on LinkedIn.
