First I started learning Cybersecurity on my own, then I did an advanced certificate in cybersecurity which taught me many things like (Network security - SOC - Forensic - IR - Threat Intelligence - EDR - Malware analysis) and then I started learning Offsec on my own started from security + then CEH -- then PNPT - then CRTP -- OSWP and currently studying for my OSCP. I got a job after completing an Advance certification in Cybersecurity. But I had to start with low pay from 3 LPA CTC. started in 2021 and today I'm working as a Lead security analyst with a Package of 15 LPA CTC with knowledge of multiple fields which defiantly helps in my Pentesting career :)

Bro do a certification like compTIA security+ or compTIA pentest+ like wise you can do CEH and OSCP if you know a bit of hacking.Still CEH is good for your if you area begginer.
