Jbki pehle kafi thaki si rehti thi. Or stomach ki bhi problem rehti thi, bahr nahi ja sakti thi. Lakin ab to life hi change ho gi h jeisey. Mein boht kush hun sir aapki wajeh se. Mujhey cholesterol, high BP, suger meri 6.6 thi. Aaj meine check kiya to 126 aai after breakfast. Thank you Sir
