VERY, VERY NICE. I LOVE THEY KEPT THE HOUSE TO THE PERIOD OF TIME IT WAS MADE IN, BUT ALSO MADE IT MODERN LOOKING. SUPER CLEVER AND CREATIVE. Lovely. Yall got me- liked & subscribed from Florida, US. This is probably the only other place I would want to live. Beautiful, beautiful.
It could have a beautiful terrace area in the very middle with fig and olive and citrus trees or smthg for sure. A melon colored paint with black wrought iron accents and scroll work, and some imagination, this could be a great home. This place could be amazing. You may even get a fountain in the middle of the mini courtyard area. :)
Quite a big property bit of a mish mash the way it’s laid out has some potential but will need a bucket of money to sought it out,not too sure of the main road too near the house.thanks ken for a interesting video tour.
There’s so much potential with this property. If I had the money to buy and fix up , I’d have my own food preservation area, bakery and maybe a little distillery plus having a tiered veg garden on the sloped field, raise chickens too… oh how I’d love this place.
Hello Sunday visitors. I always enjoy your virtual tours Ken and Gina, it's nice to get out to see the properties around the different areas of Portugal...folks who comment about the cost of reno, don't seem to realize that you don't have to get the work done all at once! For the most part this place is in pretty good shape. I can see this would be a great place for someone who wants to farm and have goats, chickens, sheep or donkeys. lots of ready to go buildings. Thanks for showing and thanks Phoebe and Tom !
Happy🌟Ken🍺day🎉! 🥩 I can't say enough how thorough you are and how helpful that is for remote potential buyers. Too bad this particular property didn't have the articles/license for habitation as you were initially informed. Good job to the lawyers for getting the right info out to buyers.
Hi Ken and Gina, great video of this property… thanks for sharing. Lots of work needing doing to get it up to scratch, But could be lovely. I would be nervous of fires personally..have a good week…😊👍
Thanks Sheena. Fire's are a big problem here in Portugal but there is a very large fire break between the trees and house so I think it would be pretty safe for a long time until everything grew back.
The ground around the bulding is higher than the internal floor, so maybe that's where the damp is getting in? Great potential though. What you said about it being built on rural land, does that mean the house isn't a legal residence?
Hi Rufus, yes thats a good point regarding the damp issue. Phoebe and Toms lawyer looked at the paperwork and said that the outbuildings are built on rural land, meaning that you wouldn't be able to get planning permission to turn them into habitable buildings.
Olá 😃 I believe the damp issue would be "humidades ascendentes" probably built without proper waterproofing. The water on the ground up trough the walls. Delightfull content. 😃
First of all, Ken, we want to wish you a Happy Birthday!🎂 . I hope you had a wonderful time at the Sushi Steak House. The tour of this spread was lovely. It has a lot of potential once you get through the legal stuff. You are the best at showcasing the homes there. By the way, we have a name for our Hava poo . We will send it to you with some pictures. Sending you lots of love😍😍 Jim and Harriet. Richmond, Va.
Very good presentation, Ken. Maybe you should start a real estate channel. I do have a question. Could you raze the existing home and structures and build new?
The horse gear and harnesses are what we refer to as "tack" not sure why. Big property, lots to look after. I'm not sure why so many of the properties seem to be so disjointed to me. Interesting but odd. Thanks and hugs from 🇨🇦
I’ve notice that in Portugal they don’t have built in closets. And there are a lot of rooms but no areas that are open. I suppose you could knock down walls if structurally possible.
Bro, I love ur video as I am planning to get golden Visa since 2n half years. Unfortunately did not visited Portugal due to epedemic. Soon visit there n may be I'll need ur help n will pay u for that.
They want $207.000 for this house I wouldn't give you 80 you have to put in 50.000 at least to fix it up. Then it's got way too many restrictions.no way

The distillation is forbidden I think around this year due to lobbying of liquor manufacturers. Thats how the rich get richer. Just forbid something and monopolies or oligarchy kind of things. We know where that gets to.
People had too much junk years ago, maybe because everything was cheap 😂 Every m2 cost $ and needs to be looked after, takes time, otherwise you will be living in a mess 👌
Thank you to Tom and Phoebe for letting you show us the property, that's very generous of them!

That is one huge property! so much can be done with this.

What a beautiful farm. 😍
Total gut job. Definately a huge investment to refurbish.
Happy Birthday Ken 🥳🎉
Thanks Axel 😁
Thanks Ken and Gina, another great tour. Thank you Tom and Phoebe for sharing, hope you find your place.

Wow. It could really be beautiful if it's done right. Very interesting.

Thanks Ruth
great video lots of land but if no habitation license who wants to deal with the corrupt system ? not to mention the amount of money for repairs etc

Hey guys thank you so much. Been having a good day so far 🥳😁❤️
I like the water well. "It rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again!" ;)

Tack is short for tackle. I would guess the building being rather old has many modifications done to them over the years.
You should start showing all the properties through google map too...!!!

Great location, place needs tlc, time and lots of money to bring it up to par.
I think that property would be better viewed in the winter. It looks as though there's an underground water or foundation problem.
Bro, I love ur video as I am planning to get golden Visa since 2n half years. Unfortunately did not visited Portugal due to epedemic. Soon visit there n may be I'll need ur help n will pay u for that.
❤❤❤
OK Bazaar 👍🏻
We experienced damp walls in our Adobe homes here also that's really worrisome.
Does all the wood mean the indoor dwelling area can get really cold in winter?
The height to the ceiling is?
Can a foreigner buy farm/orchard in Portugal?

Hello, I have some properties to sell near ANADIA and in GRALHEIRA. You make lovely videos.
This as a cost? How do you work?
Thanks. Glad to hear that you have been enjoying them. Send us an email on okportugal@hotmail.com and we can give you a quote for your own virtual tour videos 😊

What do you think of the price?
In that place if it is 190.000 Euro, it is utterly expensive.
People had too much junk years ago, maybe because everything was cheap 😂 Every m2 cost $ and needs to be looked after, takes time, otherwise you will be living in a mess 👌
When real estates have no keys to rooms then its broken very old etc.
Thousands of soalheiras in Portugal, haha
😅
Everything needs to be updated but the bone 🦴 is good it seems like.
You should start showing all the properties through google map too...!!!
