This is genius! I do wonder how this would look if the book was made into an epub using the Indesign file? Would the epub just put a no. 1 in front of every paragraph, showing it as a list? 😅

Nope! So long as the list type is set to "none," it still works in an epub!

This works if you have a body text paragraph style in between lists. However, I see 2 issues: first, how do you restart the second level if it appears under each numbering in the same list? And how do you restart if there are 2 different lists without a body text separating them?
