I think making a summer bucket list will really help set out some of our intentions for the summer whether they are to have a summer fling, go dancing, or make a cake and paint in the park with friends, this could really help us in times where we don't know what to do that day 😊

yo you may never see this but a good trick is drinking like,, a full glass of water (i do 16 oz) or any clear fluid before eating carbs cause it makes you shit faster lol. i'll eat pasta for lunch then by 2 hr later at most i won't be bloated anymore cause i shit lmao

Since nowhere in Seattle has AC, my dad always suggests creating a cross breeze. If you guys have a window in your room, open that slightly and open another window out in your living area (open windows on front and back of house/apartment) to get a cross breeze! Just that cross breeze will help move hot stagnant air out and make it a bit cooler!
I was going to go back to bed instead of doing my morning workout, but now I think I'll watch Alia's vlog instead😜

bruh the heat wave in vancouver is insane. i can't believe monday is gonna be like 41 degrees celsius (105 fahrenheit) !! but i'm not complaining since summer are the only sunny, hot months in the PNW 😭 also you are GLOWING, the tan looks so nice
