    I absolutely love Eau Givree. It doesn't sound like discontinued Eau Tres Fraiche, yet it still has a nice woody base of Terre line. Citron in the start and Juniper in the base are the most prominent notes for me
    I would recommend wearing it in winter ( as well as Eau Tres Fraiche) coz such bright citruses sound freaking amazing in the cold weather

      I really enjoyed that the original DNA made its appearance in the dry down. Still getting used to this one, only wore it on skin a few hours last night. Longevity seemed a bit short but I'm excited to try it in different conditions like you said, winter for the icy touches!

    The same thing happened to me on Fragrancenet with a 1.7oz bottle of Terre d'Hermes Eau Givree. I placed a small haul order and with that fragrance in it and before it shipped, I noticed a credit posted to my CC. Lol. I knew exactly what it was. I did the same thing and went to Jomashop and placed a order for a full bottle. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve wore it for a week straight. Magic juice. To me anyway.

      Glad you got the full bottle! It seems pretty magical to me too off the first go. Can't wait to test it in the heat coming up here! I started to get the original DNA as it began drying down which was great and gave it some more depth what I picked up in this video! Appreciate you sharing your experiences Daniel!

    un jardin en mediterranee is a masterpiece. Sadly got discontinued and i had to get my back up bottle as well. Very watery fig, lil floral and aromatic scent. i love the bottle and it represents the sea colour with all the vegetation n stuff.

      Yeah great presentation and smell on that one. I would definitely recommend checking out Fig Confite from Therapia by Aroma if you can get it shipped to you. Could easily be a flanker to this Hermes release.

    Amazing haul! Enjoy & imprint new beautiful memories ❤P.s. I learned my lesson this year to not blindbuy Xerjoff 😅
    The juice gets better & more rounded over time though..

      Best designer along with Lalique and Chanel (though their prices are beyond fucking stupid)

    Glad you got to try Milestone! I had a strong feeling you'd dig it 😎 Just wait till you try it on skin! Incredibly refreshing and uplifting but also a touch of class. As I mentioned in my comment on your other video, would love to hear how think it compares to Sillage.
    Eau Givreé has been on my summer list to grab this year so def planning to scoop it up here in the near future. Would you say it's worth paying full retail for or should I wait till I can grab it for a good discount? I've heard the citron/grapefruitish vibe is similar to Light Blue Forever which I absolutely love so think it's probably a safe blind buy for me.
    Also may have to look into grabbing Fig Confit as it sounds up my alley. Would you say it's more of a spring/fall scent or would it be good for summer too?
    Btw really like/appreciate that you rank your first impression hauls from favorite to least favorite. Def keep doing that because it's helpful. But great summer haul brother. 1k comin up! Keep em comin!!

      Givree has been really nice but pretty short lived on my skin so far is only critique I have now. Haven't gotten my nose on DGLB-Forever yet but Givree has a hard to dislike opening for sure! I would say test it or wait for a good deal though just because the performance might be deal breaker. I'll have to get some more experience with it to really make an educated recommendation with it yet though! Fig Confit is great though and really reminds me a lot of the Hermes. And I think that fragrance would shine best in transitional seasons and could be a bit sweet for high heat but actually would make a great summer night fragrance! Definitely check that one out though. And thanks so much as always for the support!

      @@tzfragrance Awesome. Appreciate that! I'll def test Givreé then and/or wait for a good deal for sure. That's a shame to here about the performance. I would Duff get your nose on DGLB - Forever though. Think you'll dig it. Very realistic rindy grapefruit. Is super refreshing! My scent of the day today actually haha. Also great performance for a freshie. And sounds like I'll have to get my nose on Fig Confit as well. Thanks for the recommendation!

    Loved Eau Givree on paper, but my skin just ain't having it. It's like you rubbed the inside of a clementine peel directly on my skin. 😆 Yuck. But Renaissance one of the very few Xerjoff I enjoy. Don't have much left in my decant, but once it runs out, it likely won't be a full bottle.

    • @tzfragrance
      @tzfragrance  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah Givree got a lot more rindy on my skin than paper but still enjoyed it, almost reminded me a bit of rhubarb on my skin. And the original DNA showed up in the dry down which was a nice touch. The Banana Republic Cypress and Cedar has a passing similarity to Givree with perhaps a more easy to wear mass appeal to it honestly! Have been enjoying that one though! And the Xerjoff I'll have to give some more wear but it had this really dense vanillic touch in the dry down that reminded me a lot of Chanel Pour Monsieur EDP that I think is pleasant but a bit sweet and doughy for my personal tastes. Opening on Reneaissance is really great and refreshing though. As you said I think its something glad to wear but not backup/replacement bottle worthy! Appreciate the feedback and experiences as always Doni!
