Glad I didn’t see it that bad, I completed training and had the help of a random level 6 to train me after I gifted him twice before and after he showed me around in the exotic dining area and two high levels came over to us and basically said you can’t train him here and why I was in that area when they thought I didnt have the game pass when I already bought it. They definitely run their own little world in the game.
Also the bit with the fireworks outside, not being able to go see them cuz you're working, it's real too :( I've missed so much stuff because of having to run real 12 hour shifts and it made me miserable. I know this is just a silly challange on a video game but for some reason I really felt sad for you missing out on them.
As someone who works in a restaurant the best part of the job is to meet all sorts of people and learn more about them, but sadly during busy hours, which during the summer it's most of the night, the customer ends up being second because of the high amount of work that still needs to be done and they can absolutely feel it, even then the highlights at this kind of work are the small interaction with clients. I remember one day a couple that were both playing on their switch at the bar, one had an anime t shirt. I became curious but didn't really bother. Later that night they came back and since movement was basically over we started talking, I mentioned the things above and the conversation developed and we had quite a few things in common. They were super friendly and fun to talk with, everytime I was working in the bar they always left me a tip, in return I gave them a bit more, more dosages on the food, a free coffee. I didn't do it because they would tip me, I did it because I just liked them. It was in total less than an hour of conversation between us over a few days, but in the end, I contributed to making them feel more comfortable, a bit more special and welcomed. That's just one story, this video shows very well that human connection can make anything more fun and memorable.

I used to be play these types of games so much I became a manager and I must say sadly, I was a power hungry and a sensitive person who thought they were god, most of these people just got money from there birthday and never had power so they bought these overpriced game passes from these money hungry groups looking to make a quick buck.

I used to work at Work As A Lifeguard (formerly Bondi Guard) back in 2020-21 as every rank up to Vice President. The game used to be very full of life, and never dull! But as pointed out in the video, the game started to die out. Less people joined, and it got monotonous just standing around doing nothing. Most people joining tended to be trolls. So, I quit and forgot about it… until a few months ago. The game used to reach 500 players easily, and now it can’t even reach 100. Same thing happened with another job of mine, Tsunami Sushi. It went from 130 players then, to 11 players now. TLDR; Roblox Jobs are fun when they’re at their peak, not fun when they’re dying. After the lockdowns ended, the main players started to stop playing for good.
I used to play tsunami sushi with my friend a lot. We would go in there, I'd order rice and he'd order noodles, and we'd chat and have fun. My friend might even do a little trolling for fun, but nothing major, nothing that genuinely hurt the server or stunted the employees. Honestly, it's one of my core memories, and it was extremely fun. This game meant to order and eat digital food brought me and my friends together and made me happier. Sadly, I no longer am in contact with that friend. I had a bit of a falling out with them, while I was the type of person to actually work at these places, he was the type of person to exploit at them and ACTUALLY hurt the game. This caused the problem that when my account was taken, I didn't know how to contact him, but I didn't try either. Most of my fondest memories come from this guy, but our playstyles were so differing that it was hard to bond in certain situations. I used to work at Koala Cafe, Pieous (disbanded), and some other games from a lot of years ago. I'm not the type of person to exactly be a roleplayer, but there's something different, and I can't describe it. It's not just roleplay and pointless working. You actually have a reason to work. You have a goal that you can accomplish and be proud of. And quitting or stopping because you don't like it wont negatively affect you. Well.. unless you spent hours of your life grinding. but that's besides the point. sorry for the rant

As a former roblox cafe worker who used to played it in hopes to get robux tips. I absolutely hate those games for similar issues mentioned in the video. It's too grindy, people took the games too seriously (really it's not that deep it's just a game), and the grammar police so I try to be too formal with chats and etc. It just feels less like a game that prolly helps you earn robux and more like a demo of "real life minimum wage worker experience on a 9-5 job with poor working environment" simulator. As someone that used to work roblox jobs for a bit of robux for gamepasses, it's truly not worth it. The highers up in almost every game literally will do anything to train you so that your an NPC, not human. From the grammar to your speed, and most of all the hours you put in are excruciating. You might as well become a terminally online basement dweller. Honestly, if you want you should join Sergeant Pain! Depending on what military group you join, it's either overly strict or really fun Sandhurst does have a decent reputation, and it would definitely make a great video :) I'll keep watching your videos, keep up the good work!

i currently work at kohaú hibachi as a prestige chef. been playing on and off for almost a year now. in my personal experience the manager’s are usually laid back. they don’t clog the servers you’ll probably find 2 maybe 3 in your server at a time. i’m only at 37:21 but i can confidently say that manager had no idea what was going on 😭 most of them are so brain dead. they really just stand there and look all pretty added note: the ones i’ve personally interacted with have always been sweet. i’ve asked for tips, have been given compliments by them, and even chatted awhile when the servers were empty. they’re not all stupid and a good portion are good people. i guess you got unlucky 😭

Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of kung fu I have ever seen especially on 57:42. I am crying. This has made me go through an emotional rollercoaster. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiered tan skin. Glad I didn’t see it that bad, I completed training and had the help of a random level 6 to train me after I gifted him twice before and after he showed me around in the exotic dining area and two high levels came over to us and basically said you can’t train him here and why I was in that area when they thought I didnt have the game pass when I already bought it. They definitely run their own little world in the game.

As someone who works in a restaurant the best part of the job is to meet all sorts of people and learn more about them, but sadly during busy hours, which during the summer it's most of the night, the customer ends up being second because of the high amount of work that still needs to be done and they can absolutely feel it, even then the highlights at this kind of work are the small interaction with clients. I remember one day a couple that were both playing on their switch at the bar, one had an anime t shirt. I became curious but didn't really bother. Later that night they came back and since movement was basically over we started talking, I mentioned the things above and the conversation developed and we had quite a few things in common. They were super friendly and fun to talk with, everytime I was working in the bar they always left me a tip, in return I gave them a bit more, more dosages on the food, a free coffee. I didn't do it because they would tip me, I did it because I just liked them. It was in total less than an hour of conversation between us over a few days, but in the end, I contributed to making them feel more comfortable, a bit more special and welcomed. That's just one story, this video shows very well that human connection can make anything more fun and memorable.

I used to work at Work As A Lifeguard (formerly Bondi Guard) back in 2020-21 as every rank up to Vice President. The game used to be very full of life, and never dull! But as pointed out in the video, the game started to die out. Less people joined, and it got monotonous just standing around doing nothing. Most people joining tended to be trolls. So, I quit and forgot about it… until a few months ago. The game used to reach 500 players easily, and now it can’t even reach 100. Same thing happened with another job of mine, Tsunami Sushi. It went from 130 players then, to 11 players now.
TLDR; Roblox Jobs are fun when they’re at their peak, not fun when they’re dying. After the lockdowns ended, the main players started to stop playing for good.
I used to play tsunami sushi with my friend a lot. We would go in there, I'd order rice and he'd order noodles, and we'd chat and have fun. My friend might even do a little trolling for fun, but nothing major, nothing that genuinely hurt the server or stunted the employees. Honestly, it's one of my core memories, and it was extremely fun. This game meant to order and eat digital food brought me and my friends together and made me happier.
Sadly, I no longer am in contact with that friend. I had a bit of a falling out with them, while I was the type of person to actually work at these places, he was the type of person to exploit at them and ACTUALLY hurt the game. This caused the problem that when my account was taken, I didn't know how to contact him, but I didn't try either. Most of my fondest memories come from this guy, but our playstyles were so differing that it was hard to bond in certain situations.
I used to work at Koala Cafe, Pieous (disbanded), and some other games from a lot of years ago. I'm not the type of person to exactly be a roleplayer, but there's something different, and I can't describe it. It's not just roleplay and pointless working. You actually have a reason to work. You have a goal that you can accomplish and be proud of. And quitting or stopping because you don't like it wont negatively affect you. Well.. unless you spent hours of your life grinding. but that's besides the point.

As a former roblox cafe worker who used to played it in hopes to get robux tips. I absolutely hate those games for similar issues mentioned in the video. It's too grindy, people took the games too seriously (really it's not that deep it's just a game), and the grammar police so I try to be too formal with chats and etc. It just feels less like a game that prolly helps you earn robux and more like a demo of "real life minimum wage worker experience on a 9-5 job with poor working environment" simulator.

As someone that used to work roblox jobs for a bit of robux for gamepasses, it's truly not worth it. The highers up in almost every game literally will do anything to train you so that your an NPC, not human. From the grammar to your speed, and most of all the hours you put in are excruciating. You might as well become a terminally online basement dweller.

i currently work at kohaú hibachi as a prestige chef. been playing on and off for almost a year now. in my personal experience the manager’s are usually laid back. they don’t clog the servers you’ll probably find 2 maybe 3 in your server at a time. i’m only at 37:21 but i can confidently say that manager had no idea what was going on 😭 most of them are so brain dead. they really just stand there and look all pretty
added note: the ones i’ve personally interacted with have always been sweet. i’ve asked for tips, have been given compliments by them, and even chatted awhile when the servers were empty. they’re not all stupid and a good portion are good people. i guess you got unlucky 😭
