    I made these this past weekend. Turned out pretty good, the only problem is getting the seasoning to hold to the wings. I will try them again but with maybe with a light coat of brown mustard or honey.

    • @houstoneats1807
      @houstoneats1807  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sorry for the late response, the seasoning should stick as long as you mix it in with the softened butter. Make sure the butter is only softened, and not melted or partially melted. The seasonings SHOULD stick and be absorbed by the meat if you do that. Take note that seasoning will no longer be visible but the flavor will be there! I honestly think honey or brown sugar would take it to a whole nother' level! Great idea!

    • @reginaldselby5074
      @reginaldselby5074 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@houstoneats1807 I did do it with the soft butter. It didn't hold to the turkey like yours did, but the flavor was there along with the look. I'm gonna hit it up again this MLK weekend. I got three ways I'm going to try it. One pack with the honey brown mustard and one with a light brown sugar. I want to be careful with the sugar cause I want a light scorch and not a burn. I'll let you know how they turn out.
