Vanessa Williams Is a 15 time Grammy nominated classically trained singer and Broadway Superstar, with a multitude of mainstream hits. Therefore, I wonder who she pissed off, or what game she refused to play to not have won any!? Big fan since day1; waaaaaaay before the very whitewashed yet radio friendly "Save the Best for Last". The Flemming lady excels in the Arena she's most known for too.
Renee is one of the greatest and most disciplined classically trained opera divas of the last hundred years Vanessa is pleasant but she’s nowhere near and Renee‘s league
Am I hearing Renee actually sing pop stylings? Wow. That’s a leap made to look easy by one of two timeless gems. What a just whole lot of woman on that stage and praise whatever made it happen. This should just be on an hour a night until all the good songs are used up. 25 years maybe?
Renee is an alum of my school and there are tons of stories of her singing jazz and classical rock in the bars around town! Fabulous! She’s an inspiration!

@@janetflier6192 oh please - the "Can you do better?"-argument is so lame. Does that mean that only trained chefs can criticise the food they eat in a restaurant? Commenting "Washed-up" on this video is incredibly dumb, but I'm sure you can find much better arguments against it than "Can you do better?"
Rennée Flemming singing pop with such a verve and timbre as she has never done anything else. Wow
Wow.. omg Renee's vocal is just another level post-opera. Brava!!!
They sound sooo amazing together.
unexpected. their tones blend so well and beautifully.
Renee Fleming is definitely " every-woman "
Wow!! What a lovely collaboration...a duet worth listening to again and again.
Renee sounds fantastic.
They Have Such Beautiful Voices

While Vanessa’s voice is lovely, it is not “better” than Renée’s!

@@jonathanratliff4780 so true, but ignorants like Mr. Charles just won't be told.

How about giving Burt Bacharach the Kennedy Center Honors? He's long overdue.
Q. And now he’s dead.
@@janetflier6192 Q? Well the Kennedy Center dropped the ball by not giving him the honor.

Are you insane? The song was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David in 1965.
Washed-up. 👎

“Washed up??? WASHED UP?????” You must be DEAF!!!
