nice to see a well documented local and knows his stuff. anyone can go fishing but to fish and not catch is where the best fishermen learn they're go at it. some fish I know are evolving from being over fished in they're let's say home/safe zone and know why the numbers are slowly getting less and less populated. and I've fished the skerryies and many wrecks even the Harbour and estuary where I was permitted at the time. I've probably fowl hooked 25% of fish I've landed and always put them back knowing it wasn't a fair enough fight. but that's me. if ever you have a decent haul Rob I'm head chef at ferry Inn always prefer the fish fresh off the boat and ask for liam. love the video Budd good.stuff
Cheers Liam. Our fishing environment is definitely evolving at a pace! There’s almost no quota for pollack this year and reduced netting of the wrecks so it will be interesting to see how it affects the fishing without that commercial pressure. I’ll come in and say hello the next time I’m in The Ferry 👍
Just a thin layer that morning, which turned into nothing. I point out that it was radiation fog as this is nothing to worry about for boat fisherman. If it was advection fog starting to blow in it would be a different story for the day. 👍🎣
Hi Andy, I have a full video here talking about life jackets. Please have a look and happy to discuss anything further 👍 The Life Jacket Debate th-cam.com/video/TeY6514pKQ0/w-d-xo.html
