Hey man, if you'll get Bias FX 2, go to the Pop section and you'll find the ,,Clean as you go" effect, it's a great clean effect for pop songs. Just add some reverb, delay an Eq it a bit and eventually, you'll get this tone. I hope this helps, best regards.
