Just ordered a ISIS drive removal tool while I wait for my new bottom bracket. One suggestion I have is to use a grease from PlanetSafe Lubricants. It holds up far better especially to water. Boaters that launch from a boat trailer know how often they have to clean and grease wheel bearings. Once they use the AIM grease they greatly extend service times. AIM grease comes with the same nano particle component as their AIM lube. It bonds to metal greatly reducing friction and heat so you get both benefits.
You didn't specifically mention an important point, that you're loosening clockwise on the drive-side, even though the video shows it. All English (BSC) threaded BBs are left-hand threaded on the drive side, meaning tighten counter-clockwise.
If you have a torque wrench, Threaded bottom bracket cups are usually around 300-360 lb/in (32.9-40.7 Nm) Refer to this useful page for specific torques of different bottom brackets: www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/torque-specifications-and-concepts
What if I don't have the Isis removal tool and just smack it loose like the old school bottom brackets? I'm going to install a new one anyway. Nice video.
You can't just replace the bearing on those sealed bottom bracket cartridges, it's a whole unit replacement, you need to find the correct size for your bike by removing your old one, find the spec, and buy a replacement drive with same spec: amzn.to/3QHMnGG

When refitting what about adjustment? What stop it tightening too far and binding?
