Lifted my van 2006 E350 with 5.4 cargo which bought new from Ford in 06 , 14 yrs ago camburg when was only $2450 drop down bracket 4.5 lift that time and then I added 2 inch level kit giving me 6.5 lift with 35 BFG tires also put aftermarket hellwig tactical rear front sway bars and steering stabilizer,when do lift recommended do ball joints same time,have had any issues drives great ,handles great ,as well left rear stock gears ,not only gets good mileage about 14-15 hwy,11 around town,van does have a lot power ,as well take care of it run motorcraft oil recommended and only did E3 plugs yrs ago ,very pleased but if actionvan had there 6 inch system time would done that and 2 inch level lift,no issues with tires last long time, wish post van, also 2 yrs ago made another but 4x4 with 40 inch tires made look like my other custom company van but total lift on that one 16.5 with tires.

The next Van Meet will be October 7,8 and 9. It;s going to be a Desert Adventure in Slab City, Salton Sea and the main Event is off roading at Anza Borrego. I have 20 people interested and 10 confirmed will make it. I will try a meet towards Washington/Oregon Next and if it's a success I will try to do something Where East Coast and West Coast guys have a Equal amount of distance to cover. I have 1 guy from Florida Interested and his drive would be 2000+ miles. I want to find a cool spot where it's about 1000 miles for most. The guy that runs Action Van/Full Tilt off road is a really cool guy. Really knowledgeable and wont try to make you buy things you don't need. I wish he had a youtube channel but he's old school. 10 years ago the AV kit was $1900 and now it's 2089 and they still charge only $1100 for install. Went up in price a little. The Bent beam kit when I bought in 2021 it was $2700 parts only and $1500 install. It's up to $3200 now parts only. Camburg went up in price too. Camburg also sells a dropdown bracket kit that doesn't require welding but they want a lot for it. They are more into their race trucks then the van stuff these days. Why is it so difficult to lift a 2wd van, ive owned a bunch of new ,and used 4x4 trucks ,american, and Japanese. My 09 e250 2wd seems to be so difficult and expensive.
I hear that man. My brother in laws brother has a brand new Nissan Frontier. 5 inch lift $1200! I recommend Action Van Suspension for the full 5 inch lift on these vans. It's just a small aftermarket for these. It's basically Action Van and Weldtec left lifting these Vans 5 inches. Camburg isn't making lift kits anymore.

Anyone know where I can get a longer 20mx2.5 Coil Spring Lower Clamp Stud? I need 230mm long for my ‘03 E450. My Ebay spacer kit came with a 3/4” stud extender which only fits F series trucks and excursions. So close but no go.

Weldtecs lift is $3200 for parts and if you go to them the Install price will be $5200. Action Van is every bit as good as Weldtec, they just don't have the online hype. I have a 14 econoline 250 superduty. Why would i ever mess with the suspension??? It raises the Center of Gravity making your vehicle inherently more able to rollover.
Right? Some people are just miserable and want to try to ruin other people's joy/hobby. I been driving lifted vans since 2012. I enjoyed my first van being lifted so much I had to do it again. Never rolled it over or got close to rolling it over in 12+ years of lifted van driving.
