What a brilliantly constructed scene in the way it was shot, use of music, etc. I got chills watching it. Also, I absolutely love the actor who plays the new Bobby. He really makes you feel for him.

Having the "duff-duff" doesn't automatically make it a cliffhanger. Unless Lucy Beale is coming back to life that was just an ending.
the point is it's opening up a new story into Bobby's mental health. It's starting a teasing a new storyline, so the exact opposite of an ending
@@shaunmichael4075 Yeah but the "duff-duff" triggers a response in your brain that tells you that something shocking has happened, it's a bet disappointing when it doesn't. And I can let it slide on a Monday, Thursday, and even (at a push) a Tuesday, but it's just annoying when we don't get one on a Friday.

Stopped watching this show a few years ago. Where have all their old characters gone? They kill more characters off on this show than a Stephen King novel.

I can remember watching the eastenders omnibus on a sunday about 30 years ago after my mum & dad had made our Sunday dinner.... Eastenders has become really depressing in the last 10-15 years, someone's killed of weekly pretty much or someone has some sort of bad news. I haven't watched it for ages now so I don't know who anyone is other than Phil, Sharon, Ian, Cathy, etc....

@@Nick-gl3te In a recent episode of EE, they actually showed images of Hetti Bywater in character as Lucy whilst Bobby was hallucinating / flashbacks. But l noticed at the end credits she wasn't credited because she didn't speak.

@@Nick-gl3te l think it was previous footage, yes. If she had spoken though - even in old footage - the producers would have had to given an on-screen credit to the actress.

Ghost must really be a more recurring theme in most Soaps, especially in Eastenders, Neighbours and Hollyoaks. I want it to be like the ghosts from Brothers in Arms series where Baker faces the ghosts of his dead squadmates, like Leggett and Frankie.

would be good if they actually did do a lucy ghost storyline with the same actor. you have to admit the show is going downhill it's not good anymore if they did this it will change it up making the show better
Poor Mick. Does he have PTSD. I once thought it affected only Vietnam Veterans, but it affects anyone. As for Bobby, it would have been so heavy if the Actress who played Lucy appeared as a Ghost. They do that on US Soaps where somebody comes back as a Ghost to help someone. Whether it was Jennifer Hughes forgiving her Sister Kim for sleeping with her Fiance before their Wedding or a Friend convincing another Friend to go back that it's not too late. The Islam Storyline is going to be heavy. US Soaps would never do that.

Bobby isn't Schizophrenic. In my opinion, he's repressing what happened to him in Juvenile Hall. The Kids in there are just as Cray Cray. If you can check out Quiet Kid Learns To Cope In Prison. It's on The National Geographic Channel. There was a Young Man named Thomas Boggs who got sacked from his Job an tried to Rape a Girl at The Mall by threatening her with a Knife. On Beyond Scared Straight on A & E In The USA, they have not only Juvenile Delinquents who visit Jail but Kids in Jail including a Young Man who did time for Credit Card Fraud. He was 17 but looked like he was 14. Then they showed a Young Girl who was only 19 in a Women's Prison in California, who didn't get any special treatment who is controlled like nobody's business. It was the same Prison that the last surviving Member of Charles Manson's Family is doing time at in terms of a Woman. Also a very heartbreaking moment was when a Young Man named Shakil visited his Brother who was part of a Street Gang doing time for murder and had to tell his Brother not to come in here and if he did he couldn't be protected.
