I would trust Ange to know the best who we need and is a good fit for the club at this time. He has stated that we need new players in our ranks, let us all support him in doing what is the best for our club, including Mr Levy!! Remember this is a re-building of our club, so onward and upward guys!! And have a good Xmas and holidays all!! The Ange Sympathizer COYS!!
I always watch your shows and have done for a long time, but as 66 year old man I've watched Spurs for a long time, and I have to say I do believe our club is sitting on the edge of its future. We have a manager who wants to play to the motto of the club, with a mentality that is typically Australian. We can forget thinking that winning a trophy is some super fix. It's a plaster. We need to have the same mentality that drove, ManUtd under Fergie, Arsenal under Wenger, or Liverpool under so many. Be in every competition every year, and the odds are in your favour. He has a winning mentality, and that's what he expects. Believe and go for it. Under Nicholson, we played football that was famous for its style. The man himself quoted how the game should be played and he did alright. This desire requires backing, and Levy must do that if he wants to get his money back in spades, and better tolerance from fans. We are impressed with how rich the club is. But it's a football club, not a nightclub. It's very soul and essence, which is what a fan is, will only accept its name to be utalised for profit, if that understanding is first and foremost. By the way I always love your analysis on everything football, you're the best Spurs fan I could hope for. Honest but insightful and positive, I love you. However, you intimated, as did Ange a bit, that Archie Gray could develop into becoming a most or part time cb. Although I agree, I really hope we get to see him play as a 6 in front of VDV and Romero or VDV or Dragusin or some other pairing. With a run of good fortune, we could find games in the cup for example where this position can be tested. Sorry for rambling on.
She said it, Spurs were never gonna win against Liverpool so they may as well have played the game the way Ange wanted to. At least they were getting live practice with his ideas against a genuine opponent.
Glad you reminded me we have Vuskovic coming Alice , I needed some cheering up . Thanks for your analysis , it's clear , concise and thought provoking . Spurs definitely need reinforcements in January though .
Happy to make a level playing field with taking out Alison, VDV, Trent and Salah. Let's see how they perform with that team. Oh, btw, give the the first 11, 9 games in 4 weeks.
Thanks Alice, insightful as usual. I wish Ange would tweak things a bit more with all of the injuries, but it's all good experience for players like Gray, Bergvall, and even Dragusin. What tactical changes would you have made in this situation? Merry Christmas!
Yes, you're spot on with your analysis. The LCB/LB is the absolute priority. Otherwise there is the conundrum of buying expensive established players that might block e.g. Moore, Bergvall etc. I do think we need to replace Richy, simply because of the injuries. But then we have Scarlett, Veliz so back to the conundrum. In short, this could go very right or very wrong!
Once they were down 5-1 they had a crack got it to 5-3 if they score the 4th at that point it's a different game. Liverpool responded straight away and the game was gone. As horrible as the score was there were many positives. The team stuck with the plan and never gave up. Porro needs a rest - I'd play Spence over him ATM and Udogie who is looking more like last year as of late. Ange will never prioritise a low block over attacking football. You could say he could be more conservative at 3-1 but he ain't going to trial a different plan with a fatigued team. He did adapt with the City game.
Im hoping we get a defender mainly LB/LCB cover a Midfielder in cardoso whos been great for real betis from what ive heard and potentially could accelerate a move in January for him and maybe a forward
What do you think about Antonio Nusa, Alice? He has been outstanding for Norway this year, and I reckon he would be a great fit for Spurs❤️ (Yes, I’m from Norway😅)
Unfortunately Luka Vuskovic is not coming to summer. He has signed already and is on loan but since UK left the EU work and resident permits are not granted to under 18s and he is not 18 to end of February. Technically we could cancel his loan in January add him to squad list then let him stay abroad to his birthday then apply for work permit and he could play from March. But that using a place in squad for an untried in prem 18 year old who straight way can't play for a month
Id say Semenyo is a good shout. I was impressed in our game between Bourmouth and games that Bouremouth played against Arsenal. Man he'd fit right in. But we need to keep our backline taken care of first, since our waters break the moment we look comfortable in the front.

God bless, and have a lovely Xmas and a wonderful new year, and for your sake, I hope United get through the poor 'new manager bounce' much sooner rather than later! 🙋♂ 🙋♂
Right now, we are in serious need of a backup keeper and left back in this window but in the longer term we desperately need a genuine 6 thats better than Cardoso, an huge upgrade on Johnson at RW, a backup LCB with pace and a reliable striker that isnt made of glass. For the short-term, I think Koki Machida from Union SG is our best option, a Japanese LCB who can play the inverted full back role and has an excellenge range of passing, he'd only be around 15m and would be useful squad player.
I do think personally that the biggest need is a back up 'keeper, we need over all back-up in defence, but the 'keeper is the most important IMO. The Ange Sympathizer COYS!!
Always really enjoy your videos but, as a Celtic fan who would love to see Ange do well at Spurs, I do not need any 'Nicholas Kuhn would be a good move for them in January' chat to get my Christmas morning up and running! We need him here 🍀😆 🍀 Merry Christmas to you and yours 🎄

Great content you put out Alice. Hope Levi spends some cash as the EPL will be much more boring without Angeball. But Spurs seem to be on a never ending treadmill of successful business/failed footy team, change manager, and repeat. As a Liverpool fan I rate the Greek left back quite highly give him a run of games and he will do the job for Liverpool - still there is always room for another world class player in the Liverpool squad so a new top class LB/LCB would be fine too, Robo's in his last season for us I believe.

Udogie's still 21 and you do not want impede his growth either, you want someone who could teach him for 2-3 years 2- Cardoso is a must but the issue is moving Bissouma, I do not see Levy signing a midfielder without moving Yves first which would be easier in the summer. He's been incredibly inconsistent and on a bad day just awful to watch and sets the team back. he's the opposite of cardoso 3- Tyler Dibling, I do not care about his age he is a natural left footed right winger who is fearless and explosive, can carry the ball accross the field, 1v1 ability, sneaky strength on the ball and creates dangerous situations. Reminds me of a young bale. In our squad we do not have a single natural right winger except for Kulu, and while Brennan has adapted there he is right footed, can't take on his man and dribble past him quickly. He's the opposite of Tyler. Bonus points, Tyler is english and will become homegrown in 3 years The issue with Mikey and Odobert from their short cameos is that they all looked stiff and uncomfortable on the right. Might be better to have those two back Son on the left and have Tyler and Brennan rotating

I’m not sure if the news about Spurs aren’t making signings during January is real ,if it’s real it’ll be a disaster 😢. We NEED to spend some on defenders!!!!! ASAP and a back up striker maybe
Thank you for all the good coverage Alice this year regarding Spurs, you are very talented and deserve the very bright future I’m sure you will have. Happy Christmas🎄
Not semenyo, that bearded monster in Brentford don't remember his name, cartoon, got the Korean guy for the wings and a striker to help out solanke and a versatile cb but i know we won't get any.
I think cardoso and Hancko are must-signs for us in January we need a long-term option for the 6 (personally i want Biss out) and hancko is just class, the evolution of Ange Ball in the prem is the 2 advanced 8's instead of a sole 10 like Maddison a midfield of Cardoso (6) Bentcurr (left-sided 8) and kulu (right-sided 8) would allow Ange to keep creativity and legs. Hancko is just perfect for ange ball and is the LCB/LB we need
We need a Goalkeeper, CB, LB, DM, and a Striker. I like your LCB choices but there's no way those level of players want to play for 11th place spurs as second choice CBs. Why not just bring back Ashley Phillips? - Then concentrate the spending on Cordoso, Dorgu, David or Cunha and maybe a GK. Personally, I think Brandon Austin should get the nod instead of Forster. Its now or never for him! I agree about a winger but getting someone like Nico Williams when we're not in a qualifying position for Europe is a big ask. Whats his incentive? - I agree we need a quality winger but I don't think Ange and Levy see that as a must have, when they have Johnson, the new Korean kid and Kulu who can all play right wing.
Don't watch your channel that often as I still can't believe you're a Man U fan that shares so much Spurs' news. Maybe it was the VDV crush that keeps you stuck on us? Anyways, investigate Olivier Boscagli, a Centre-Back from PSV Eindhoven. I don't want your boys to get him, but if he came to Spurs, it would change our entire backline dynamic. Spot-on with Cardosa, but I've heard he doesn't really want to move this winter (seems like they almost all say this?). Godfrey has already been nixed.
Merry xmas Alice, your doing a great job,you know your football, really we need help for solanke and another classy left winger, maybe Johnathon david to help solanke, bloody sell richy, his way too soft
No signings will save Angeball! He could sign the best starting 11 on the planet and his ridiculous system will still never work in the Premier League. Spurs have so many injuries because he's running the players into the ground. He's blaming poor form on injuries but when we had a full strength squad we were still crap and lost to several lower teams. Ange hasn't got a clue how to manage at this level, he's way out of his depth and should be rightfully sacked soon. Nothing will change until Levy and ENIC are gone but it's gotta start with this manager and his stupid tactics or rather lack of. Get someone in who actually cares about balance and defending, and plays the correct formation and players in their actual positions for the squad we have would be a good start.
Hmm more kids for Spurs.. Little risky. I think if they want to win a cup now, the best options are ready made proven Premier league players. 30mil for another young 50/50 prospect is dangerous.
Only because he couldn't get the ones Poch wanted and Poch didn't want the ones he could get. And they both agreed there was no point spending just for the sake of it. Don't propagate the MSM's fake news about Tottenham.
@ Alice: merry Xmas ! I’m big spurs fan and have been following Vuskovic quite carefully. He’s a very young massive unit of a defender that could be brilliant. However he is far from being capable in PL. I’m hoping he goes on loan in Germany next year TBH
I think it’s six of one. Half a dozen of the other. Yes they may need a few new additions however if you keep conceding in the same manner you can change personnel all you like it’s the same reoccurring frailties that are being exploited by the opposition which is formation and being more aware of the dangers in behind.
Feel sorry for Archie Gray hes a kid playing at CB when he's more of a AMF I feel think he really should have stayed at Leeds for another season. Coming from a Liverpool fan!
nah he's getting invaluable EPL experience right now, no way he would want/need to be back in the Championship. Gray is class and will be a top level mid very very soon. His footy IQ is exceptional - he was protecting Forster against Liverpool avoiding passing back whenever possible - not that it made any difference to the score. Liverpool is in a different class than spurs, esp with spurs pathetically paper thin squad.
Absolute waffle he's playing there coz there's noone else unless we use a youth team player. We have plenty of midfielders it's not rocket science. If we never let Phillips go out on loan he wouldn't be playing there.
He was never going to beat them with that back line but he could of set up more defensive/ allow them less space- damage control and try hit them on the break
Low block counter attack would have been ideal for this game. You can't just go toe to toe with Liverpool, given the circumstances. Gravenberch said they targeted our right side of defense. What were our tactics?
@@ECILAFootball 3 goals against Liverpool is an achievement in itself. Defend better and still probably lose 3-0 anyway? Ange just needs the proper tools to implement a very entertaining and successful brand of footy. Ange should get the City job when Pep leaves (pending any adverse penalty scenario of course), he would cook in the EPL with the proper players. Full throttle Angeball all the way!
Ange is capable of getting Liverpool relegated, he's an absolute idiot. Yes, we have injuries, but he hasn't adapted his tactics to account for it. Other than a new manager, we need players who can hit the ground running, NOT teenagers who might come good in a few years
Murillo and Cardoso would be good in January. Bissouma will be sold in the summer imo. They may go for a keeper as well as Forster isnt good enough. Kelleher would be good but he likely wouldn't leave until the summer if he left at all. I think Tottenham should sell Richie, Dragusin, Porro, Johnson, Bissouma and possibly Romero in the summer. That would give them around 300 million plus Levy would need to inject another 150million. Not sure what's happening with Son. They may just offer him the year extension. Spence is now being kept at right back instead of being sold. They would need to buy 2 centre backs, a right back, 2 wingers, striker, keeper in the summer. Cardoso, Gray and Bentancur is good depth at the 6. They could even possibly move Bentancur on as well if they saw Gray and Cardoso as the future at the 6. With Vuskovic coming into the club they may cash in on Romero while his value is at its optimum. Another 10 would be nice to give Maddison and Kulu some competition as well. Long term I'm not convinced Maddison is the answer at the 10.
every player you listed other than murillo and cardoso is unrealistic... hincapie unlikely to leave leverkusen, ajax surely keep hato and demand more when he gets older and better, bynoe gittens will cost near 9 figures. players like these are unlikely to join us. obviously i hope that i'm wrong, but... seriously. be real. we aren't getting any of the names youve listed as long as we have daniel levy in the boardroom. we need to be looking for van de ven like transfers... players who aren't widely known but have been identified by our scouting and analyst team as someone who can make a real change in our squad.
Whoever we sign it'll be the cheapest players Levy can get. They then need to learn Ange's system and get to the fitness level he demands. Godfrey is a meh player who's never really stood out so he's probably Levy's first target. James Trafford is another but will his ego mean he won't sign as a backup. I'd rather take a chance on John Victor from Botofogo a huge guy at 6'6 but very agile with it. For DM is Stiller likely to be available or even Kimmich as he's nearing the end of his contract. At LB/WB it's got to be Hato as he'll be unaffordable for us in the Summer. Happy Christmas!

Pretty sure spurs had a deal when we sold locelso to get cardoso cheaper.. thinking was 20 or 25mil??
I've had enough of Porro. At the end of the season, we should sign a better fullback.
Not semenyo, that bearded monster in Brentford don't remember his name, cartoon, got the Korean guy for the wings and a striker to help out solanke and a versatile cb but i know we won't get any.
Mbuemo
You're wrong.... CARDOSA should be the number one priority 😮
Alice we desperately need a Good defensive midfielder 😮
'adapt his principles '
Yeah, then they arent principles, thats the whole thing about them
I think cardoso and Hancko are must-signs for us in January we need a long-term option for the 6 (personally i want Biss out) and hancko is just class, the evolution of Ange Ball in the prem is the 2 advanced 8's instead of a sole 10 like Maddison a midfield of Cardoso (6) Bentcurr (left-sided 8) and kulu (right-sided 8) would allow Ange to keep creativity and legs. Hancko is just perfect for ange ball and is the LCB/LB we need
With almost 80k followers alice you shod look into some sort of sponsorship for your channel that can help you with your tech issues.
Just don't see murrilo no leaving. He's 2nd with forest
0:02 did you mean genuinely or do you always think that Spurs need the Jan window the most?
Never heard of half these players
A likely story we wont Glen Hoddle
if we lose 6-3 or 2-1 it's still a lose.
Ha, I forgot about Obobert 😂
Merry xmas Alice, your doing a great job,you know your football, really we need help for solanke and another classy left winger, maybe Johnathon david to help solanke, bloody sell richy, his way too soft
Nothing will save Ange. It's inevitable. He'll get canned
If ive said it once ive said it a million times. EDMOND TAPSOBA is the answer whatever the question.
Our ambition is to avoid relegation lol
Sorry meant cardozo not Disney. Lol
Hmm more kids for Spurs.. Little risky.
I think if they want to win a cup now, the best options are ready made proven Premier league players. 30mil for another young 50/50 prospect is dangerous.
We dropped points against Leicester, Ipswich, Bournemouth and Fulham.
And Forest?
Those 10pts would have us among the leaders. And then there's CP and another 3pts. And B&HA and 3 more...
we just lost dragu
Alice - get on the blower to Levy! Happy Christmas.
Lol....Ask Pochettino about Levy not bringing players in....for 3 consecutive windows...
Yep, every spurs manager gets undermined by Levy in the end.
Levy was building a stadium.
Levy spent 140M for Poch on Ndombele, Lo Celso, and Sessegnon.
Levy backed Mou and Conte.
@@davidolatunji119 Levy literally told Jose to throw a final lol. Jose has openly said so 😂
Only because he couldn't get the ones Poch wanted and Poch didn't want the ones he could get. And they both agreed there was no point spending just for the sake of it.
Don't propagate the MSM's fake news about Tottenham.
Still banging on about that? Good grief! Leave the past where it is mate
posto no clue
@ Alice: merry Xmas ! I’m big spurs fan and have been following Vuskovic quite carefully. He’s a very young massive unit of a defender that could be brilliant.
However he is far from being capable in PL.
I’m hoping he goes on loan in Germany next year TBH
I think it’s six of one. Half a dozen of the other. Yes they may need a few new additions however if you keep conceding in the same manner you can change personnel all you like it’s the same reoccurring frailties that are being exploited by the opposition which is formation and being more aware of the dangers in behind.
The title race is between Liverpool and VAR/PGMOL. Nobody else is involved....
@simonwood5216 The lads still not a CB and he's criminally unprotected at Spurs and eventually he'll be a scapegoat for their failures eventually!
Absolute waffle he's playing there coz there's noone else unless we use a youth team player. We have plenty of midfielders it's not rocket science. If we never let Phillips go out on loan he wouldn't be playing there.
AMF??? He’s a DM and it’s not like he’s never played as a defender before.
@randomyoutubecommenter2787 he's not a DM at all he would be able to play CB if he was he was forced to play RB at Leeds.
I don't feel sorry for Ange.
.
With all the injuries, fatigue etc........ The scoreline was self inflicted vs Liverpool.
We conceded two goals from low block, you cant park the buss with that back line simple as that
@@bigtastyforlife9367 score more goals than them :)
Ange is capable of getting Liverpool relegated, he's an absolute idiot. Yes, we have injuries, but he hasn't adapted his tactics to account for it. Other than a new manager, we need players who can hit the ground running, NOT teenagers who might come good in a few years
S0 you won't be backing the manager?
The cynic in me believes Ange ball can't be saved by conceding 13 goals at home in 3 games
With Romero and Van De Ven and Vicario those goals would be reduced to 6, at the highest
Whilst Levy is in charge the only achievements will be financial, on the pitch we will not achieve anything.
The same levy that hasn't had a penny off Lewis in 24 years to buy footballers?
Sell half the team you mean in one hit?
It’s not the WiFi, it’s the shimmer of your beauty. 🤣🤣
You do a cracking job girl!
every player you listed other than murillo and cardoso is unrealistic... hincapie unlikely to leave leverkusen, ajax surely keep hato and demand more when he gets older and better, bynoe gittens will cost near 9 figures. players like these are unlikely to join us. obviously i hope that i'm wrong, but... seriously. be real. we aren't getting any of the names youve listed as long as we have daniel levy in the boardroom.
we need to be looking for van de ven like transfers... players who aren't widely known but have been identified by our scouting and analyst team as someone who can make a real change in our squad.
I would say Man city are in more need ..spursy
Are just doing normal Spursy things 😆
