I made this for my husband. He loves it and gets compliments every time he wears it I made it gray and grape. Bless his heart, he never wears a coat or sweater, but he is so proud he slides it on when ever there is a chill in the air. He actually keeps it on the back of his computer chair now that it got hot outside. Thank you thank you thank you for giving me the confidence to make my first wearable for him.
I love this sweater you have made. I also love that you are wearing something you have made and I’d love all the different patterns that you showed. Thank you so much.
The sweaters so pretty so pretty. You did a great job on the miniature just to get the idea of what we're supposed to do that helps us thank you again and God bless
Thank you very much for this tutorial. This is the first time I ever tried a cardigan and it came out beautifully. I did one for my daughter but I must confess I went a hook size lower but a size bigger...it worked very well. Your instructions on the doll's cardigan are perfect. Your charts were very helpful. Thanks once again.
I love the way this sweater pattern works up, my mind was going, "it's going to be difficult getting front and back color changes to match", but you made this WAY TOO EASY, thank you 😊
Hi Jolie, I've made two of these, in the XL kids size and the other in the S adult size. Wore one fo them to work today and everyone LOVED it! Thank you!
I love this cardigan. I've only ever made baby sweaters before so this may be a challenge but I'm going to try. Thank you for the tutorial. From what I see in the comments it looks like I might be able to make it
Thank you for such nice and easy to follow tutorial, I was getting discouraged about making a cardigan ever, but I’m going to try to make this one. Great job!!! Thank you!!!
Oh I like this! The duster length - perfect! Just found my next project after I finish your hooded pocket shawl. Going to have to order yarn for this one though. Love it, thank you! 💕
Hi Jolie! I love the way this cardigan looks so much! Thank you for designing it! I am a newbie when it comes to crochet, I've gotten pretty good with blankets so I wanted to move onto making a wearable piece for my mother in law (I love her very much and want to show her my appreciation for always being there for me)
I have done the swatch twice; both times with a different color 4 weight while using a 6.0 mm hook (15 st. x 8 rows = 4 inches, chain 17, SC in 2nd ch from hook and across chain, then work 8 rows of pattern row 3) I even had a stitch marker to mark each and every row, it did meet gauge for the width (4 inches) but not for the length (3 1/4) --- what can I do to fix it, or shall I just start crocheting since my stitches meets the length measurements?
Thank you so much, I was always a little intimidated with making a cardigan but Baaaby let me tell you this tutorial right here certainly gave me the confidence I needed to get started, you made it seem so simple and easy to comprehend. I have subscribed to your channel and looking forward to creating more beautiful projects, I’m so excited 😊Thanks a million 🥰🙌🏽
I want to make one. But I'm so afraid I'd mess up on the sleeves. lol. Love them. I think you've had made it the easies to follow for the sleeves then I've found so far for me. It seems easy anyways.
Love this pattern. How many stitches do you think you would need for a pocket please? Also the picture on the video showed a cardigan with a hood. Do you have a tutorial for that? Thank you for sharing your talent.
Hello, I love this, but I have a question. You said to stop under your arms in inches but can you tell me how much this is in cm. ? I’m sorry for my bad English, I’m Dutch. Thank you.
кардиган красивый очень хочется такой но узор я не поняла очень быстро все мелькает хотя бы три петли первые показывали медленно как провязать тогда будет понятно
I have been looking for a blazer pattern, sort of fitted (more form-fitting than loose), like a cardigan (again, not very loose), but no luck whatsoever. 🙁
I'm a new subscriber but I wanted to know if I can make this with a 5 bulky yarn and a 9mm hook.... If so, what starting chain would you suggest? Please and thank you... Michelle 😁
that would change the entire project, i cant tell you how much as i have no idea, id hve to gauge it ans size it and test it. what size are you? my only suggestion would be to go down multiple sizes in the cardigan.
@@jolieknotscrochet3550 I did go down from a 2X to a M and that seems to be the right gauge and size. Thank you so much for getting back to me. 😁😁😁😁😁... I absolutely love you channel ❤️❤️❤️❤️... I tell all of my friends
I’m a big girl, I understand you making a small size, due to time constraints. But I was hoping to see you do a size large. I wish someone would do this!
Love the pattern u are doing but I am not a speedy learner so I will have to do u in slow motion mode when I have time it is a beautiful stich but you are going to fast for me
Divide it into parts. Like part 1 could be up to row 10 (or before a change in pattern & what you’re comfortable with). Then part two could be the top of the body, part three the sleeves, and part four any border and finishing touches. You can break it down more if needed. I’ve made about 20 cardigans so far. The only tricky part for me is making the body in one piece, but she walks you thru it. I hope this helps!!

This is the best tutorial I've ever seen. I love how you explain and show all sizes for the project. Very nice tutorial. 💞🙏❤️
I love that you make a small example, it makes it so much easier to envision how it all comes together
Thank you for this. My mom has cancer and because of the treatment she gets, she gets cold a lot. So I'm making this cardigan for her.

I love this! Going to pick out my yarn and I'll be back!
Do you have a video of a Cardigan with Suzette stitch?
No
Trying to make it with three colors
Lovely pattern! I'm testing the stitch with my yarn now. What's the gauge? I want to make sure I end up with the right size! Thanks 😊
its listed in the written pattern.
Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to use the body pattern for the sleeves. If so could you suggest how I'd do that. Thank you very much.
Yes you can! Instead of hdc, you'll just work the body's stitch pattern.
which yarn
Hello, I love this, but I have a question.
You said to stop under your arms in inches but can you tell me how much this is in cm. ?

Thank you.
You’ll have to use an online tool to calculate that.
Thank you, I have it

Hi, would this work well with caron one pound or is it too heavy a 4 wt. ?
thats what i used in my example. it is heavy, so it depends on how thick and heavy you want yours to be.
That’s beautiful! 👌
Thank you! Cheers!
I bought this pattern a while ago and now I can’t find it on my library
Please help me!!!!

I made it to the arms now I’m soo lost
I don’t understand, i’ve watched it 20 times and still can’t figure it out
I followed the directions to T for an xL and ended up with a sweater than fits a 12 year old not an adult. Love the pattern though
Did you check gauge?
Yes. It's OK I have it to my daughter, nothing to dombut try again
WHERE IS THE PATTERN?
Wow this is nice, but I wonder if it's beyond my skill.
