Although not this exact color this truck does make a cameo in the new movie , it gets sucked up by a tornado, except this time it was towards the end of the movie, not at the beginning
Your jeep is badass man! I was 11 when the movie came out and was just starting to get into cars and when I saw this thing I emediateky was a huge fan of these. Where I am you never see them and when you do they are completely rotted sitting under a tree in a back yard.
Darryl your J10 is absolutely amazing!!! We just got our 80 J10 for our family rebuild and would love an up close vid on your front Rhino grill, we are missing the inserts and I can’t find anyone who’s documented that.
@@darrylzeman2381 I have a 76 J20. with an entire borne with 360, D20 & 4sp setup in it. So I was thinking about keeping the D20 and entire clutch setup for my J10, Yet the J20 is a more stout unit, so I've got TOO MUCH toys and parts to make Up my mind here what to do. I Love the J10, it is mint nice condition, yet can make the J20 Just as nice though!!! How did I ever get myself into such dilemmas??
Yes, it was an 82 without the " eve brow and the production company added the push bar, roll bar, theò 3 lights on the roll bar (clear, amber, clear) and mild lift with wheels and tires. This build is a neat tribute to the the movie original
Work of art! So, so beautiful!

I've got a 78 J10 360 4BBL, TH400 Quadra-trac , Garage Kept all its life, Mint condition, Low Orig miles, Long wide tract Rig.
Cool rig, especially with the Quadra-trac! Another Jeep rig I would like to own is a '80-85 Jeep Scrambler, Jeeps have such a cool look to them

Hey Gapper nice Jeep
Lol, thanks, I am currently working on another one, a 1984 Scrambler that will be show ready this spring
Gladiator (front grill) versus Honcho?
And I don't see a brush guard or light/roll bar.
Seriously cool!
what engine is that
AMC 360. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but that should get you the info you’d need to research it if you’d be inclined to do so.
It is what the truck was born with, a AMC 360 c.i.
beautiful Jeep....
Looks just like the one from the movie
Only missing Dorothy and the push bar.
Except the grill is totally wrong.
And The one in the movie has squarehead lamps
Ass-kickin man. Beautiful ride.
That looks f$cken great !!!
I thought the Jeep in the film was a 1982. Anyway, very cool you actually have Jo's truck!
Your correct...In the movie it's a 1982

One of the stunt Trucks was an ‘80. The one they crashed was a ‘79
nice, thanx for posting.
very nice
"Unrealized idea!!!"
Where is Dorothy
Not as cool as the original with the roll bar, factory brush guard and so forth
