Hey how do you add FAQs??? I’ve scoured the internet several times in the recent months on how to do this, but my US-based digital product shop just doesn’t seem to have that feature
Go to the sales channel on the bottom left menu and select your shop. Scroll to the bottom of the page and FAQ's is located between Shop policies and Seller details. All Etsy shops have it.
Yes, it's very possible to get started before you come up with the design at all make sure the keywords to be used on them is the most searched at that time for instance during mothers day season things like mothers day tshirts, mother's Day gift card etc will be the most searched online and what will make stores selling such items get sales is through the keywords that they use. Everything is all about proper optimization once you get it right it will be beneficial to you forever And if you don't mind I can research some keywords for you
