Anthems of the Damned is indeed underrated. I personally love everything by these guys. Another Army Of Anyone record would kick ass along with more from Filter
@@nyrckr Agree 150%!!! Richard patrick is an amazing muscian and he's not very well known as he should be. Got way overshadowed by nine inch nails unfort.
best track on the new awesome album by one of the most underrated Bands of all time !!!! FILTER rock and go beyond the depth of rockness - too damn good for words this band - love them soooo much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was a concept album, Anti-war, Anti-Bush. Wes Borland from Limp Bizkit and Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters contributed on this album. I bought this in-store and I always read the credits/special thanks.
james macdonald Dave grohl did not contribute to this record though John 5 did and played guitar and wrote 3 tracks , Wes Borland contributed guitar on the track in dreams, I wouldn’t exactly call it a concept album though the songs do share similar themes as you mentioned .
Well I'm glad to see you back, I knew you would reply to boneheadcristal. Way to hit the nail on the head! Glad to have you back! This album is great, it just goes to show that these youngsters today have no appreciation for R P'S ability to move forward. Too many bands go the way of the Dodo, trying to make music for the kids instead of using their God given talent to write great music from the heart. Who said that guy he could post with men? You child. This guy needs to keep the flowers around
Man i understand your view, but lets keep it real. Pple grow( physical and mental) Rich has grown. Yeah he isn't Pantera and Iron, take time an listen to the lyrics too. The words and the Music goes hand in hand. Believe you me i want to bang my head until it falls off, but not always. A good band evolves while having some of its original sound. Thats what filter has done.

Yess aoa is so so so badass.my camping summer and daily tunes
Probably 2 of the absolutely most criminally overlooked and under appreciated records of their time Anthems of the damned and Army of Anyone !

Filter in your face, no lies in their music, just truth. Thanks for getting me through so many personal battles in my life.

I like this too. People are putting the beat down on the new album, geeze.
