I packed up and headed to the city of light To escape from pain and for thrills I walked around through the bottom of the ocean I took a deep breath and drank through my gills And I was searching for a mystery to hold onto I had been sinking underneath the paper skies I drew Oh, a rip, another tear, it all divides And I am drowning, drowning in frustration I'm out at sea and I cannot stop the tide I'm out in the water, I cannot stop the tide I'm out at sea and I'm floating away I'm out at sea and I"m floating away Oh, this feeling, oh this feeling is pulling me down Oh the current is pulling me out Oh this feeling is pulling me down Oh the current is pulling me out Oh the current is pulling me out
Well that might be true if you just found out about the Black Keys last year (or was it even that long ago?). If you only know the Keys from one music video on youtube and a car commercial, then don't compare them to another band you obviously know nothing about. I dare say your favorite bands include Nickleback and Theory of a Deadman... counterpointbooyah.
i saw them live at Austin City Limits they were great even live!
I can't believe how good this is, so glad I found this awesome song. Well done.
really excellent song good solid album

She sounds like a female Jack White--similar edge, plaintive wail.
Love the way their songs build to a crescendo.
These guys are going places...
Can't wait to see them in Reno Friday!
I saw them Open for wolfmother in vancouver, one hellofa show
love it
Yes.
DAMN. I hate everything, but I really like this. It's great. I didn't know it was a girl singing at first.
@meganluvsburdies I think it's a You Tube glitch, I will re upload in the next few days. Sorry for the problem.
Now that's the funniest shit I've heard in a while lol:)
their better live
Is that because you've never heard it? Live, Learn, and then watch some Sealab 2021. It's funnier when you hear it from the source.
sounds more like Grace Slick from "Jefferson Airplane"
Why the long silence at the end..?
Please fix the pausing glitch!

@kristonelight Thanks random internet person who's opinion I couldn't care less about!
She sounds a little like Janis Joplin :) But a little deep in tone.

Meh. Sounds like Chrissie Hynde singing over a Black Keys song or something...not particularly interesting in my opinion.
Yeah, you're way off there, but nice try. #assumptionsmakeyouanass
