  • What is the best time to workout?
    The question everyone keeps asking.
    The first point is that moving our body daily, at whatever time, is beneficial for our physical and mental health. But there might be some difference on times to workout and how they impact us.
    Morning workouts have been studied well for weight loss and general health. Some studies focus on comparison between morning and evening workouts with marginal differences but with interesting results depending on gender. ( women do better in the morning, men who want to grow muscle do better in the evening)
    Some studies show that middle of the day is best for people with cardiovascular problems. Metabolic issues are best tackled with morning exercise and post meals movement to manage glucose levels...
    Basically: there is no "one fits all" approach but movement is amazing. More research is needed but we have some good studies to show why we should not be sedentary. 🥰🥰
