Some criticized the filmmakers for not allowing Idina herself to sing in this movie, but in the director’s defense he said he wanted to explore her acting side since he’s well aware she can sing amazingly.
Very much enjoying the fact that this movie made the most of Idina Menzel's ACTING chops. She's a Tony-winning Broadway performer with an amazing set of pipes, and for this entire movie, she doesn't sing a single note!
I just love the combo of this movie, fantasy and reality, it showed audiences the reality of how some things are just not meant to be, and you just end up with someone else unexpectedly, breaking all the Disney cliches.
You know I’d like to think Nancy and Edward just ran off as friends first, Nancy kinda had a crazy and spontaneous moment and then she realised what she done and panicked until then she calmed down and got used to the fairytale world and as she got to know Edward He taught her a lot about his home and she taught Edward to be more realistic about life and they eventually went from being friends to falling in love with a few obstacles along the way ( cause what’s a fairytale without A few obstacles along the way) until they eventually got married
Nah, she knew him for about a day and a half (half as long as Giselle knew Robert when they fell in love, and twice as long as Giselle knew Edward before they got engaged)! Totally counts as an extended courting period... for a Disney couple, at least!
We saw from earlier when she thought that Robert had sent her flowers and an invitation to the ball how happy she was - yes she and Robert have along lasting relationship and they know each others strengths and weaknesses, good things to have in a relationship. But it's clear she wants some brief moments of romance and spontaneousness in their relationship, even if it's something slightly overdone and unpractical and just plain romantic and silly she still wants it. I don't think Robert realised that about her, or she felt that she had to hide that from him, so we know that their relationship would always have had something missing from that alone. Even if their relationship is pretty much just a impulsive romantic moment, I think she may be happy with Edward.
I love how in the beginning Morgan was not a fan of her dad having someone new but in the end as long as it’s Amy Adams her and robert are set. They look like the cutest family

It is a beautiful movie, with an ending that brings a tear to your eye. You can be a manly man and still have a tear run down your cheek watching this movie!
Elsa is now married! Yay!
Anna:That's what you get for not married Hans!
Love this ending so much
It’s gonna be a major bummer if the sequel ruins it
I don't, i wanted gisell and edward to stay together, it's not fair.
IKR
Sometimes stuff doesn’t always go exactly the way you want them to be but that’s not always bad.
Nah the sequel is decent but I didn’t expect a storyline on morgina just the first 20 minutes of the movie is boring
@@watchforever1724 this. I liked it but the movie just felt a little drawn out at the beginning. Unlike Enchanted where she literally goes to earth and everything unravels in the first 10 minutes. Also hate Morgan’s scenes in the movie.
I love how both Giselle and Nathaniel chose to stay in new york city
Nathaniel, yes. But in the sequel, Giselle leaves New York with Robert, Morgan, and Sofia.
@@ryanstauffer119 dude I didn't see the movie yet
Seeing the 3 of them at the end always brings tears.
1:00 would have made a good "silence your cell phones" pre-movie thingy
Amy Adams was just fantastic as Giselle, and she excels at every new movie role. I hope she wins an Academy Award one of these days.
Thank you for posting the movie here!!
You know, Nancy looks pretty beautiful as an animated character.
Morgan Philip's dream of having her father marry a fairy tale princess has came true.
Some criticized the filmmakers for not allowing Idina herself to sing in this movie, but in the director’s defense he said he wanted to explore her acting side since he’s well aware she can sing amazingly.
You know, Nancy? You look pretty beautiful as an animated character.
Almost 13 years later and I still want to read that book Nathaniel wrote
disneypress should find and author to make one like before sequel comes out
Nancy looks beautiful in animation.
This movie and Leap Year!!! ALL TIME!!! 😍😍😍
Right and the fact that they broke those cliches in 2007 surprises me
I so used to watch this when I was little and I still love the song of ever ever aifder by Carrie Underwood
One word to describe why I’m here
Nostalgia
I love the movie
Never had any nostalgia but this was interesting
Same ;-;
came here after hearing about Disenchanted!
Same
what's that
@@tang3151 The enchanted sequel that's coming up
Yeah
Apparently, it’s coming in November 24.
Derek Shepard !? What are you doing ?????? You have patients.
Yeah ikr and why is he cheating on Meredith
Anyone Robert doing pennywise dance from it 2:40
The scene of Nancy and Edward running through NYC while still dressed up in costume ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m glad Phillip and Nancy want Giselle and Robert to be happy
You mean Edward, not Philip.
they are so genius actually to make a movie like this
No it wasn't, it was dumb to make this insult to walts masterpieces.
Coming to this video after watching Disenchanted and I’d rather just forget the sequel hahaha
I was more happy for Prince Charming. I think if that show would’ve got put on my foot I would have went crazy.
This is one of the best endings in a movie ever. It just makes me so happy.
I'm really interested in reading Nathaniel's book.
(This will forever be an all time favorite Disney movie of mine!)
What about Pip's book?
@@specterman2000 His too.
@@OlanR24lol 😅
@@watchforever1724 What?
@@OlanR24 hope you enjoyed reading those books
Love how Nancy was just like "fuck this life" imma get a new one
Elsa: "You can't marry a man you just me."
Nancy: "Watch me."
It makes my heart so happy that Nancy got a happy ending
THIS MOVIE IS MY ENTIRE CHILDHOOD
Absolutely love Enchanted! Such a sweet film ^-^ Thank you for uploading, and this quality is amazing :D
Elsa from Frozen: You can't marry someone you just met.
Me: Says the women who went and did that exact thing anyway.
Nah, she knew him for about a day and a half (half as long as Giselle knew Robert when they fell in love, and twice as long as Giselle knew Edward before they got engaged)! Totally counts as an extended courting period... for a Disney couple, at least!
@@iprobablyforgotsomething What's your point?
"Silence isn't golden" ahahaha, Pip is the best!
I loved seeing Nancy just say "F it, I'm going with Edward."
Nancy was such a pure and kind character
It’s so ironic that Idina Menzel of all people didn’t get a song in this
My long time favorite! ❤️
I love how in the beginning Morgan was not a fan of her dad having someone new but in the end as long as it’s Amy Adams her and robert are set. They look like the cutest family
After all, Narissa should've been afraid of Nancy "stealing" her throne.
