I've been in Congo for about 4 days. The second or third basket I got 3 uni's, 2 under 400 and a 414 lb. I have a screenshot of the basket. I have since not repeated that, so maybe they altered the game somehow. That basket payed 279k premium. It was the 5-7/7-9 peak with the huge night peaks, and I fished all 4 peaks. Had a friend in there with me and he started calling me Mr Uni. Caught them morning, late evening, late night, all on the pink shad.
I can confirm you can get a trophy and unique back to back in one night. I’ve had success getting both trophy and unique at the same spot every night I have fished
Learning to farm bull sharks is the best way to level up. Clubber is wrong. It doesn't take 14 days to level up without premium. I fish just 3 spots on amazon for sharks and can fill a basket between 7 and 9 pm fishing the late day peak. I just skip over the days with inferior peaks and pretty much just fish that one day. I use the Troy rod method and plow through the levels pretty fast.
Fun fact: if you use the dlc boat and you anchor your boat you can pull up the anchor if you put your rod into the holder while there is a fish on it sit back unanchor it and pick up your rod, and no i have never lost a fish doing this.
Offset Hook huh ? i use the Jighead 28g / #8.0 hook with the Ripped Shad, works just fine as well, speed 1 for twitching, Speed 2 for stop and go..... btw there was just and update Dec 15th 5pm local, they might fixed this
Is this now nerfed already ? Keep getting strikes but no hooking on . Update ... Constant blue screen and strike misses. 10:39 .... We are back to easily loosing even the small perch .

sharks are the fastest method of xp rn with the spot rotation im using i make 100-150k xp in one irl hour

The line wobble is gone because of the carolina rig, the flat spoon wobbles way more. I found once I'd used the carolina it felt terrible going back.
The rigs are meant to be reeled in at the bottom. If you try that at speed 1 Im sure you will get substantially more bites.
Yeah I tried everything to get the unique I had no luck as soon as I put on the shad I was getting them
