@@MototechWanderer 🙏🙏😇💕n bhai after we remove the headlight glass(cover) with hot gun aur when we fit it back do we just need only the hot gun to stick it (like don't we need glue to installed or) 😃
@@thejariilho931 In general, if we open it for the first time, that butyl glue can be reused just by heating it, if it has been opened 2-3 times, better to apply additional Butyl Glue (found in Feretrofit, Contact : 7871071177).

One of the best fitting of projector video that I have come across in TH-cam. I purchased alto 800 bs6 in march 2021 but due to rules and regulations of the modification of headlight is illegal in bs6 so I will not going to do this. But I have watched your other videos, surely going to change the total rear light set with the led lights and the front set except head lamp. Just ordered the Hella 60 mm projector and going to set it under the Bumper as in bs6 it's DRL fog lamp. Specified videos that you have provided, nice n well. Good Luck 👍

You could have avoided the wiring jugaad by used H4 wiring harness.
By using this you can even avoided the extra fog switch, because the wiring harness itself withstand the load of HID's..
Thank you. The reason why I designed my own wiring hareness is because I wanted to have a separate control over the HID. HIDs should also not be used for flashing (pass light) purposes.

Go for the same setup ... 30-35k INR is the setup cost. It's well worth the investment.

These are 3.2 inch projectors from FeRetrofit. All details are provided in the video description. The cost was around 35,000 INR. Till date it's working brilliantly.

You can try on a pair of new spare Headlamps. Maruti Suzuki spares are rather cheap.

Those are OEM Maruti Suzuki 13 inch alloys with upsized Yokohama Earth1 Tyres. Will have a separate video on that too. I don't like overly sporty wheels and stuff. 😊

You should be able to import NHK projectors in Srilanka. You can also try checking with Sathish (+91 78710 71177). He is a dealer of Feretrofit which is like a rebranded NHK projectors in India.

For now, I'm happy with powerful halogens.
Yes Relay is indeed compulsory. HIDs draw heavy current on start up, hence good quality wire and relays are mandatory. LEDs still have some distance to cover in terms of color temperature. Hope LEDs also come in warmer colors making them more usable.

That’s not legal I suppose
If we are looking at the rules, even the alloy wheels are extra fittings, also any sticker on any vehicle is illegal. So yeah, not exactly legal. However, on a broader picture, all the modifications are made inside the headlamp assembly and fog lamp assembly, no extra fittings.
