I moved to garner a year and a half ago, I'll definitely be moving back to my home state as soon as the lease on my house is up.
Why if you don’t mind me asking? I live in Cary a few years ago and miss the triangle. I’m thinking of coming back and was considering Garner but appreciate others’ perspectives.
I remember in 2020 house prices were affordable. Not anymore. 😂

We have a very large police department for a town this size, so it's generally very safe.

Garner feels alot like south raleigh
Never heard you talking about New Hill, NC close to Raleigh.
Suburbia isn't my thing but I wish that I owned a large tract of land in Garner as a longer term hold for my retirement.
Garner sounds like a great investment!

Hi there, I recently came across your videos. They are great. I'm curious about areas around Raleigh where I can purchase a home with a barn to settle in with my horses.I would definitely like 5-10 acres on this property. Do you have any informative videos for farm properties within an hour or so from Raleigh? I've heard about the Pinehurst area south of Raleigh but those seem priced high. Thank you
