I am a huge fan of EEAAO BUT I will say people who didn't like that movie will possibly like Beef more. I am fans of both - but for slightly different reasons. EEAAO is definitely more goofy and I know some found it "too much" or confusing. Beef is not.

I know a lot of people have never seen him in anything beefore but I love steven in this medium. rare to see this kind of success with an asian male lead. I know that he's only nominated for an oscar, but if he doesn't win one by the end of his career, I think it'd be a huge misteak. definitely deserves an emmy. his success just makes me happy like when you see a dog's tail wag. you won't regret it if you watch it.
