This year I have been getting up by 7 every morning (mostly) and going to bed (mostly) by11....it's a work in progress...
Also no food after 8, less tea and chocolate....exercise daily....but not any significant....this one I want to work on more....exercise is a dread of mine so trying to shift the mindset. Feel much better but still not quite where I want to be....both with energy levels and consistency.
Love that you have children and are managing this....most people I follow don't so it's nice to know that it can be done. .❤ thanks!

With kids it's not easy but one of my biggest motivation is that the more energy I can maintain the better parent I can be as well (especially with toddler). You've got this and it's small steps at a time, to slowly integrate these lifestyle changes. ❤️

The energy peak and dips is a good one to watch, and really useful to getting deep work done 🙌

Great video! I’m currently 7.5 months pregnant and find that I get super tired in the afternoon. Getting enough sleep is so important and I’m trying to get in more afternoon walks!

Thanks! I remember those days when I was pregnant with my daughter, definitely get tired easily. Afternoon walks really helps with those energy dips and some fresh air is great for the baby too 😀❤️

I haven't tried the plant-based diet yet, and it's my first time hearing about the 'Flexitarian Diet.' I love meat, so it's a bit tough for me to consider it, but if it can give me more energy and better sleep, then maybe I should give it a try. Also, have you considered adding a cold shower to your routine, you feel great after a morning workout.

Yes I'm a fellow foodie and meat eater, so that's why I decided to embrace this 80/20 flexitarian approach. It also means that when we do eat meat, we get the higher quality produce if possible. And it's great to helping families who are operating on smaller budgets for food these days with inflation being so high. Funny you mention cold shower, I've been doing that for the last 2 months, and found it really beneficial, especially for immunity (I used to get sick all the time from my kid bringing germs back from school). It feels amazing after!
