I remember the days of road trips with my Game Gear and a pair of crummy headphones. I wanted the TV Tuner SO badly, but I couldn't afford one at full price. You can only play the same games so many times and be entertained as an 8 year old.
Worth noting: depending on the brand and grade of AAs, you *could* get nearly 3 hours vs the 1.5 you commonly hear of. It wasn't uncommon that I would use my allowance to stock up on the "good" batteries for a long drive I knew was coming, though I eventually wised up and got a car power adapter.

I recently invested in some TV broadcast hardware, so I'm thinking of revisiting this TV Tuner with my own broadcast stuff, like sending a Windows desktop to it with modern games LOL
