Sherman Oaks Apartments on Wausau’s west side offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes. Private garage, nature walking path, annual community rummage sale, picnic and grilling areas, and much more.

Hi, might be dumb questions, but interested: 1) If home heater at winter based on "natural gas", is it centralized (pipe) or people need to buy compressed containers or so? And how much will be keep warm home at the winter in WI.... 2) How about internet in homes in more or less rural areas? As my understanding ATT etc. wired internet is not available, how to get stable high speed internet there? In suburban of Wausau, particularly Rib Mountain 3) How much average home utilities, garbage etc.? 4) I assume that no centralized water in suburbans, how do you get water and how is it cost?
I know, might for someone living in own home in the small town it is obvious, but for city resident it is not clear....

Hi! Thanks for watching my videos!
The Wausau area is not quite as rural as you might think!
      1. Heating types vary quite a bit. I pay $125/month for gas & electricity. Winter the gas is more and summer the electric is more. Still averages about the same.
      2. In rural area like farms, they use satellite or phone for internet. Most of the area has wired services like Spectrum or TDS. Great internet in the area!
      4. Yes, most of the area has city water systems. Some areas have to have their own well.
      Have a great day!

And regarding taxes in different cities, what is it? Is it related only to home owners?
