Nice job. I shortened my own diff using a very similar method. Zero issues with 255s, a trutrac and 400hp. You'll be fine

Was around $250 to get the axles machined, the bearing ends my mate done at home in his lathe for nothing. Cheers mate

Fantastic car and great episode, especially regarding the Ubolts and studs clashing, now i understand why the minimum length is 1290mm and why many only shorten diff by 25mm each side (yet i recall with 4.5inch backspace wheels)

Very narrow wheels in front. Dangerous , understeers easily.
