Schedule III Is Not Enough: A Public Comment Workshop for the Movement to Decriminalize Marijuana

  • This spring, the Biden Administration's Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) opened a time-limited public comment period for members of the American public to weigh in on their proposal to reschedule marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III of the CSA. In this workshop, advocates and the public will learn how to submit a public comment to the DEA in support of ending federal marijuana criminalization by advocating for marijuana descheduling. The public has until July 22 at 11:59 PM EST to submit a public comment here: engage.drugpolicy.org/secure/...

    So the only way is to make home grow legal. 21 and older. Unregistered, unlimited, unregulated, unmolested this stops the arguments, black market, greed, incarceration
