Yes food on stick might be a small amount in Ine but it’s usealy extreamly tasty and you can enjoy the food slower and take your time to taste much more flavors

I wish I didn't have to leave but I needed to move my car before the snow plow entrapped my car. The buggers still managed to wedge me in from the front and back, so I'll be stuck for days. I'll watch this later when I have time to watch it from start to finish. I bought some lotus root (I had no idea what it looked like) and am making a Chinese dish that caught my eye on a Chinese cooking channel I follow. Hoping to be in Japan next year where I can enjoy some of the best food that's on offer.
I ate lots of beef tongue on the farm. My mom would boil it and we would have it for supper then have cold tongue sandwiches the next day . They were great went well with a lot of French’s mustard. Gotta love sparklers in general. Crepe looks really good. Food on a stick seems like a hell of an idea. Black and ice cold is the best way to have your coffee. Oh I love mushrooms .
Interesting dishes and the even more interesting was the way the server, delivered the dishes on that long paddle. Never get tired of watching your videos.
Eric, im sorry that you didn't like the mushrooms, to me they're delicious. And yes, they definitely have an earthy flavor. It took me many years to enjoy them myself, i thought that my parents were crazy when they would eat them. They used to take a regular size container 1 pint? of button mushrooms and marinade them in Italian style salad dressing over night and then just eat them like an appetizer/snack. I didn't like them then, but now i do, I even had a pepperoni and mushroom pizza yesterday as a matter of fact lol. Thanks for another great video, my friend!
I had a friend years back that was in the movie industry. She was an actress from a famous family. I took her to my favorite Japanese Restaurant in Hollywood Hills area and she ordered e everything on the menu.....boy was that interesting and fun. I felt a bit embarrassed at first but the owners made it a class act. That food looked amazing!! Thanks for sharing!😎👍❤ oh...ps: she paid...lol
My step father was from the south which gave me access to delicasies such as beef tongue, squirrel brain gravy, pickled pigs feet and of course mush!!! All are an acquirred taste!!
I used to love eating mushrooms fried in butter but, these dsys I have gone off them, these days mushrooms don't seem to taste as good as they used to. Another good video by Eric on tasty "kebab" type food. 🙂

I have not try a marinate 🍅before but it does look good pickled 🥒is my favorite with a meal oyster, Enoki. Maitake🍄I have try the shimeji is new to me that charcoal grilled fish sounds good right about now 🤤 I had lotus root chips before it was at a international store just outside our area I wonder if they have a hot mustard shoyu sauce have you had a medicinal beverage or cherry blossom tea yet😀✌️❤️

As a huge tamago yaki fan, I have a tamago yaki pan. But mine has never turned out as large or custrady as that one. I've also never dipped it in mayo? With some kewpie that would be AMAZING. I just gotta learn to cook it better.
